I'm a new patient at this office and the reason why I gave it 4 out of five is because I had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. However everyone was very courteous and professional. Everyone including the doctor was very friendly with an approachable attitude. Overall I had a good experience at this doctor's office.

Front and back end staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. I’ve been going to this practice for years and there always a low wait time. Dr.Counsell is amazing, knowledgeable, caring, listening doctor. I’ll continue to recommend her to anyone I meet. She will listen and make sure you get the care you need and explain what she is doing. If your looking for a female OBGYN to put your body and baby life in their hands Dr.Counsell is the one!!!! -Ria

I've been going there for almost a decade .it still feels like I'm a number here. I still don't know what's going on with me .and they don't take the time to explain...or have any answers for me .I hate starting over that's why I'm still here .
