Horrible, Horrible! Conviva Care Center informed me 20 days before an appointment that it no longer accepted my insurance or cash. It took me 3 months to find a new doctor. The one appointment I did have was a steep decline in service from when it was an private practice.

And after my appointment having my scripts refilled.Meeting Dr. Felker was very pleasant and he made me feel very comfortable. Answered any and all questions I had. I just saw Dr Felker for the first time. From scheduling the appointment to speaking to everyone at the front desk especially Yeni Who really is a positive/amazing caring person which is so important and is so lacking these days, to my appointment with Dr. Felker I am extremely happy. Was treated with respect/dignity and just felt I was fortunate to be with the right doctor and the right Staff. I really appreciate you guys thank you!!

The office staff is abrupt and rude. Doctor does not want any more patients with BCBS insurance. He only wants Medicare. I have an excellent plan that provides full coverage. Very disappointing. Apparently he and his staff don’t want to be bothered with practicing medicine to anyone under 65.
