We didn’t have to wait much, doctor and nurse was really nice and explained everything to us. Good place
This "Dr" is crazy and people should know. When making the appt, I never asked for an emergency visit. The scheduler fit me in for a soon appt but that was on her. I think this aggravated the "Dr" because he was really rough with our child. He did an endoscopic procedure by shoving a tube up his nose without numbing it first and when our child started screaming, this "Dr" kept going. He didn't stop until I started yelling for him to. Had we known about this procedure, we would've made sure that the nose was numbed first. However, no explanation of the procedure was given. The "Dr" was obnoxious and dismissive .. read prior REAL reviews and that will give more context as to what I'm saying. He was annoyed with us the second he met us. When we left, the "Dr" said he would send a referral for imaging . Our primary Drs office gave us a copy of the referral sent to radiology and on that referral, "Dr" Kaye wrote a narrative describing us as pretty much crazy for trying to make an emergency visit for a non issue ( how would he know it's a non issue if the endoscopy couldn't be completed? He also billed insurance for incomplete procedure)and wrote how he doesn't think there's anything wrong with our child but go ahead and do whatever you gotta do. He wrote a lot of strange things on the referral but at the end of the day, what angered me the most is that our child was suffering enough before we came to this office and instead of receiving compassion, he was mistreated and tortured. I would recommend everyone to NOT come to this office.
Dr Kay is the worst don’t take your child here be advised!! I took my daughter the first time here because she had recurrent ear infections and flu for a few months they referred her to an ENT and the day of my appt she was sick with all the flu symptoms he did a hearing test and of course was going to have low hearing due to all the phlegms and infection she had at the moment he didn’t even let me talk or explain anything all he said was your daughter needs surgery we going to remove the adenoids and place the tubes on her ears like if this is going to Disney!! Come on the first time you ever see her and send her to do surgery without checking her again and do X-rays ultrasound first to make sure this is the correct diagnosis!!!!! Come on you are the WORST all he cares is about the money and don’t care about anything else he spent 5 minutes and when I tried to ask questions he interrupted me and say I have to go she will b fine is only a 30 min surgery this guy is nuts!!!!!
Very personable with children.
In and out fast for consultation. Go back for new borns tongue tie and lip tie snip Update: Baby went in for a tongue and lip tie cut. Was a fast smooth procedure baby didn’t even cry. Took bottle right after and out the door we went. Very friendly staff we had a great experience
Very profesional
Dr. Kay was excellent in the care of my son. He explained what a lip and tongue tie is and he made us feel comfortable
A good experience all around.
Amazing doctor and staff! Our son was seen in the office right away due to his medical circumstance. His staff went above and beyond to help me every time I called and needed assistance. My first observation when I arrived was that Dr. Kay is playful with all his patients and they all love him. When it was our turn, he explained everything with detail and even gave us a heads up on what the post operation days would look like. His warning definitely prepared me and helped me get through those rough nights. Thank you Dr. Kay for being so diligent, honest and professional. There’s a reason his office walls are covered with all the awards he’s received, he’s the best of the best!
He was super friendly and welcoming. He knew exactly how to keep the exam fun for my 1.5 year old. The polk-a-dot socks were cool too

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
