David Owen's Online Review Report Card

Exceptional Breast Cancer doctor and since his retirement I haven't found anyone who treated me with the level of service and care that he did. I have been looking for a doctor that includes you, shows you your images, discusses with you not at you the plan of action and relies on his skill rather then millions of test. I miss him, his office and above all the level of care I received. I wish someone shadowed him prior his retirement so they could see what he does, how he treats a patient and his expert care first hand.

Best doctor for breast disease in the State. AND HE IS RETIRING AT END OF YEAR. I am heartbroken.

If I could give no stars that would be more appropriate for this practice. Although Dr. Owen appears to be a good practitioner, he was unprofessional in not returning my three phone calls to the office.His wife is disgusting, rude, and money hungry. I feel bad for him because he has to go home with her. This office sees patients who may be faced with the dreadful diagnosis of Breast Cancer and his wife is insensitive and rude and short tempered with the patients. She makes the patient return to the office again and again so that she can keep billing the insurance company and to collect co pays from the patient. On my last visit to the office Dr. Owen orally gave me the results of the biopsy and the sonogram . His wife told me that i needed to return the next day for the results . I asked her if there would be another co pay and she stated in a mean way that they have bills to pay. I have bills to pay, too. I did not return and I received a nasty letter stating that I am no longer a patient and that if I want my records I would have to get a notarized release form and pay for them. A doctor's office is a reflection of the people who work there. This reflection is ugly.

I also received the “don’t come back” letter. I was shocked that he would send such a hateful letter. He was so nice in his office. Now I know it was his wife. She has a problem and is ruining his career.

Only person I would ever go to. Period. People who have issues with the staff have issues with everyone, like those people who clog up the grocery line over 2 cents! This office works hard to make the experience easy, cost effective and satisfying. It's a shame there aren't more offices like this one - great doc, great staff, clean office, and timely.

I love this man, and his ladies. Have never seen a better run dr office. Took care of me on time, assured me I was ok, and knew exactly what my deductible was and had printouts ready for me. Will definitely tell my friends.

I see now that others have had difficulty with the Office Manager. She is rude and has turned me off from seeing Dr. Owen again.

Dr. Owen is an amazing Surgen and extremely humble..my experience was somewhat of the same as the other reviews.. his wife is a monster and extremely rude.. she's ruining business for a great doctor.. not to mention.. I can't ever remember out of all the years going to doctors and being charged interest on balances.. every time I went there I never knew what my charge would be and she couldn't or wouldn't tell me.. which always lead to another high bill with interest..wow Dr. Owen really need to fire her from working in his establishment...all she was interested in was collecting money and telling you what you need to pay before seeing the doctor..she's a gold digger ☹️

Office Manager is rude and never got back to me with information needed. I did read negative comments about office Manager before I came to the office but I figured maybe they were wrong. Dr Owen was recommended and is very nice but his front Office Manager can't be good for business and needs aditutde adjustment and no compassion at all.:((
