I see the nurse practitioner, Vivian. She provides top notch medical service. Patient, knowledgeable, and generous are only a few words I can use to attest to the great service. It is not hard to get an appointment. The staff is courteous. I highly recommend this office.

Called office May 2023 to see if she is taking new patients. First available appointment is October 2023. Asked for other internists she refers to. Reponse was "Dr. Friedlander doesn't refer to other colleagues. She fits them in when she has availability". Seems to be a trend here in Florida - unknowledgeable and unhelpful office staff and very few internists with availability.

Dr Friedlander is good. However her office does not know how to schedule appointments and you could sit in the waiting room for more than 2 hours. I did more than once and left the office for good.

I was pleased with my new patient first visit. As a former patient safety doctor for a major university health system I have some insight into what the visit should encompass. Dr. Friedlander is caring, knowledgeable and most importantly a good listener.

Zero empathy, obviously couldn’t wait to get out of the room before she was asked more questions, doesn’t seem to understand even basic medical questions and made it clear she wasn’t interested in the patient.

Dr. Friedlander has the best bedside manner. I have a good relationship with her as well as her Team for 5 years . The office staff has always made me feel welcome and not a number. Both Dr. Friedlander and her team have an attention to detail with communication , as well as follow through and are very professional. I will wait however long I have to , to me that that shows I am just another patient. Thank You Dr. Friedlander and the Team for all you support and hard work!

Waited Four Months to get an appointment, then waited 1.5 hours. I left without seeing the Doctor. Scheduling less patients and treating people with respect does not appear on her description. That was not fair to us.

The best doctor I have ever had. Incredibly caring and attentive. Wonderful bedside manner. She explains everything always answer all my questions and is clear and knowledgeable. I always feel safe with Dr. Friedlander
