Wonderful 👏 👏 place for caring people. Dr Dervi Ganesh is a helpful and competent Dr she's a great doctor,My favorite Dr. Thank you so much for your understanding even though I don't speak English friendly she always understand me. She Never rushed. I love her may God continue to bless you forever.

The doctor herself is nice enough and cares but overall the patient care has been a nightmare. One year they did the wrong blood test and I had to go back get blood drawn agai n. But recently after uterine bleeding past menopause I've had a dragging on nightmare of trying to get answers and not getting called back until I complain angrily. Never am able to go in and have my scheduled appt at a reasonable time. Minimum wait time in the waiting room is average 30 min ans then another 20 to 30 once they bring you back to an exam room. Then another 20 or so to get checked out. Then she made me come in and wait for a discussion that she could have told me in two minutes over the phone that took another hour not including travel time in traffic. Every time I call I'm put on hold for ten or more minutes and only speak to someone e if I hang up, call back and complain. Then the doctors family member has to run interference and take care of my concern.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of her father, Dr. Selva Ganesh, for over 25yrs and it was wonderful to meet and be under the care of his daughter, Dr. Dervi Ganesh. She was very friendly, personable, and listened to all of my concerns.

Doctor Dervi and Doctor Selva and their staff are very caring and compassionate. They helped my Daughter-in-Law above and beyond during her challenging pregnancy. God blessed us with a beautiful grand daughter. Lord's Blessings upon them.
