Over the years DCA has been my go to for diagnostic testing. However my most recent experience has left me both disappointed and concerned about how they had handle patient privacy. Over the weekend I went in to get a copy of a cd that was needed for an appointment on Monday morning. The employee verified my ID and within 15 minutes walked over and handed me what I thought was the CD of my exam. I placed it in my bag and left. It wasnt until I arrived at my appointment on Monday and gave it to the nurse that I was notified that the CD I was given was another patients So here I am with medical information belonging to another patient while my own was potentially given to someone else This is extremely unsettling and makes me wonder how many times this type of mistake is made

The women who did the tests were excellent however I was there almost 2 hours which seems ridiculous for 2 tests. In CT it never took more than 45 minutes and both tests were read by a radiologist before I left.

Went to the Delray office twice. Very warm and professional staff. Waited less than 10 minutes for both visits. Excellent.

Horrific experience dealing with rude and disrespectful Employees who work out of your Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach offices your poor customer service and probing of patients information is like a communist socialist country. You have been violating patient’s constitutional freedoms and rights by the way you checkin or schedule your patient’s appointments. You need to change staff and fire your employees for violating HIPAA laws. Hold your employees accountable for disrespecting our patient rights
