Dr. Julian Mackay-Wiggan's Online Review Report Card

Because I have moved, I am sadly no longer a patient. From freezing warts, to prescribing creams, battling skin cancer and body checks. Dr. McKay-Wiggans is a trusted doctor, kind, caring, and efficient.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Julian Mackay-Wiggan, she was a tremendous help with treating my condition, she has a great bed side manner and knows her profession well. Any area I needed help with she was able to recommend a medication that always worked great and resolved my issue. Dr. Mackay-Wiggan is the best doctor Ever! I will miss her so much and I already know she will be hard to replace if possible Not! I wish Dr Mackay-Wiggan and her family blessings, peace and love. Love Joanna

H have been Dr. Mackay's patient for over 5 years. She is knowledgeable and professional. She has helped me with all different dermatology issues. She has always made herself available, has answered all my questions and have always provided the necessary solutions to my dermatologic concerns.

Dr. Mackay-Wiggan has been my dermatologist for six years. Throughout the years I have visited her office for routine dermatological matters. Most recently I saw her to discuss thinning hair that most often is associated with perimenopause. Dr. Mackay-Wiggan listened to my concerns and discussed the options that are available for women of a certain age who are experiencing hair loss. I left her office well informed and satisfied with the discussion that we had. I highly recommend her.

Either she or her office both are horrible communicators. I've been getting treatment for almost two years, couldn't get in for the last few months, and when I did... Nothing discussed was scheduled, etc. She asked me if I wanted to pull phone records. Geez... Really just for psoriasis treatment that has been virtually ineffective for the last two years. I just left the office today after filling out the "new patient" info for the third time.

This doctor is thorough, caring and knowledgeable. However, trying to get through to someone who works with her is very challenging, and the claims process is totally unsatisfactory. It took four months to get Columbia Doctors to submit the insurance claim EVEN THOUGH I had been a patient of Columbia Dermatology for, perhaps, a dozen years AND I had submitted the insurance information at the time of this last visit (April), when the office processed my copay. I have NOT appreciated having to take the time to call the office, submit the information again by mail, and call Columbia Doctors multiple times.

Saw her when my skin was very nasty,hsd an urgent problem. I found her to be very considerate & kind. She would advise me when she had to do something &if she thought it would br painful . She spent quite a bit 9f time with me.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!! SHE FLAT OUT TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD NO TIME TO ATTEND ME..

I made an appointment with her about Six months ago and the earliest one was for today. The appointment time was at 10:00 in the morning and I arrived there at 10:15 from three hours trip (coming from another state). The woman who is called Vanessa canceled my appointment with the doctor because I was 15 mins late!!! Totally disappointed with the way she treated me.

Nurse and Dr were very rude, did not listen to complete problems. When I was diagnosed, she didnt think to write down the diagnosis, so I could research it or know more about it at home. She told me I would have to get regular check-ups, but seemed to dismiss me as a patient. I dont know why as I did not give her attitude. I declined a treatment, for which she showed more upset over the money lost than anything else. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.
