Absolutely horrifying experience. DO NOT GO HERE. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I did not walk out of the office refusing to pay the copay required from my insurance. I have met my deductible and out of pocket maximum, therefore my insurance is covering at 100%. Forcing a patient to pay a copay that is covered 100% by their insurance is INSURANCE FRAUD. You were reading the information incorrectly on Availity and then refused to call the provider number on my insurance to confirm the information I provided to you. Then you refused to see me. THAT IS INSURANCE FRAUD.

Office staff totally incompetent. Did not know how to read insurance information. Very rude. Committing insurance fraud. Stay away from this office!!!!!! It is DISGUSTING that you keep replying to my reviews making it seem like I "walked out" This goes to further show how unprofessional this doctor is and the staff are. Part of being a good doctor is having a good office. Committing Insurance Fraud is NOT something consumers want to deal with when they go to the doctor. Telling patients INCORRECT information about their insurance benefits, REFUSING to call their insurance to confirm and then REFUSING to see the patient, then LYING on a public forum stating that the patient walked out - that is GROSS. You are a LIAR, you do UNETHICAL and FRAUDULANT business. How would anyone ever trust you for their medical care when you are such a HORRIBLE human being who LIES like this. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR. HE WILL LIE, NOT TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR HIS ACTIONS, THE OFFICE STAFF IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND NASTY. SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB, WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH INSURANCE FRAUD HAS OCCURRED HERE. DO NOT CONTINUE TO LIE ON THIS PUBLIC FORUM

Great doctor. I had a painful cyst and he took care of it quickly. He even made time to get me into his office ahead of schedule. The staff is also friendly and compassionate.

I am a snowbird and asked my New York doctor for a recommendation to a dermatologist. He recommended Dr. Gottesfeld. From the minute I called his office for an appointment I was so impressed with his office staff. It was a little complicated getting into his office complex. Lisa, Traci and Debbie were so helpful guiding me to the office for my appointment. I had no wait time & Dr. Gottesfeld took care of my skin problem quickly, efficiently and in a very professional manner. I recommend him and his staff highly for any one looking for a Dermatologist. Great dermatologist, Great Staff. I have been going there for years and they are always accommodating for last minute appointments. Dr has helped me with quite a few issues and always warns me of any potential side effects before doing anything more aggressive than just basic care. Highly recommend!!

I wouldn’t give this “Dr” any stars except he has a nice staff. My son had finished a round of oral anti fungal medicine he was given for jock itch at urgent care. The medicine didn’t work so we went to see Dr Gottesfeld. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! I am a dentist and i suggested a biopsy since the anti fungal pills didn’t work but he insisted it was jock itch and prescribed a topical gel that BURNT my sons private area and thighs. We went to Dr Green in WPB and his associate DID A BIOPSY and looked at his skin under a special light and diagnosed him with a yeast infection not basic fungal jock itch. We were also told as we suspected that he was BURNT by that gel. He was given a concoction of creams to mix together and apply as well as anti yeast pills. THANK GOODNESS he is finally starting to feel better..DO NOT GO TO THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR

The Dr was very friendly, and immediately knew the best way to treat my problem. He was very professional, and followed up on me to make sure I was progressing well. I definitively recommend him. If I was to have any other problems, I will go back to him.

Dr. Gottesfeld is terrific. He addressed my issues with real concern and competence. His staff is outstanding and knowledgeable as well. I recommend Dr. Gottesfeld without any reservation. I will be back next season for my yearly check.

Very professional with a no nonsense approach. His staff is the best I have seen. He isn't a product pusher nor does he push unnecessary procedures.
