Farah Khan's Online Review Report Card

This lady doesn’t deserve to be called Doctor Khan - Farah puts the medical system to shame. I really hope she gets her license revoked. Weeks at a time with no appointment or hearing back from her because she’s busy being a horrible doctor at the hospital. Forgetting about her OWN CLINIC and their patients. How does she sleep at night knowing all of her patients hate her?

Not sure how she is able to practice in Canada. She should have her license taken away. No compassion, no manners, horrible person, please if she is on call at the hospital do yourself a favour and sign yourself out and go elsewhere she will leave you to die! She will take it upon herself to change your standing order if you or your family refuse to! Please ask for someone else do not accept her as your doctor you are taking a big risk!!

Horrible experience. Just tells you to check for covid and sends you home when you have a chest infection

Doesn't follow patients closely and isn't fully aware of their condition. Makes mistakes. Very arrogant and asks strange questions. Being under her care is concerning.

This doctor should not be allowed to practice in Canada. Rudest self centered with no regard for patients and inhumane.

she needs her license revoked. 0 support, 0 knowledge and all she knows to do is prescribe medication and make you feel WORSE than when you walked in. She neglects all of her patients and every one i’ve told about her has also told me she needs her license revoked. She’s clearly a narcissist and frankly i worry for her patients.

Doctor is amazing and knowledgeable. Receptionist is terrible, rude, and disrespectful. I took a an epipan form for the Doctor to sign. The Receptionist wouldn't give me any information on approximately how long it would take the doc to sign the form. When I called the office as soon as I introduced myself she reminded me that I'm not the only patient they have. She was also yelling and then disconnected the phone. Saying I can't keep calling their office and that they would call me when the form is ready. I called again, and she stopped picking my call. My son could have been having an allergic reaction but she did not care. My husband went in and we were finally given an estimate on how long it would take. That's literally all we wanted to know. We understand the Doctor is busy.

Negligent doctor. Deals with you only when convenient.

Dr. Khan and her receptionist are extremely unprofessional and negligent. After being our family doctor and having a good relationship for 10 years, our calls and emails were not answered for months. She left my parents without access to medication during the pandemic, and me without getting necessary tests and medical advice. When I was finally able to get ahold of her receptionist, she told me we were not patients there( suddenly after 10 years ). Clearly, they removed us off the patient list without informing us and left us hanging for months during the pandemic. How anyone can claim to be a medical professional and do this is beyond me. Do not waste your time here. Find someone who actually cares about their patients.

I have been with Dr Khan for about 8 years now and have been very happy to have her as my doctor. Dr khan was the first doctor who took the time to get to know me as a person. I have received exceptional care from her. Her office manager is also amazing and very helpful. Dr Khan had impressed me with her knowledge. She genuinely cares about her patients and their outcomes. I wish her the very best as she expands her work into the hospital setting .
