Dr. Guarch is an amazing physician. He is always so patient and understanding, and he really takes the time to listen to his patients. He makes sure to explain everything in detail so that I can understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.

Reception was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional with me when I was attempting to get assistance with a referral. Get your medical care elsewhere

I was not impressed. I felt rushed and as though he didn’t want to hear anything i had to say. He wasn’t very friendly either.

Not a good cultural fit. Urges elderly patients toward hospice despite family objections. Discourages other physicians in Boynton from providing second opinions. Left patient in extreme distress at discharge from Bethesda hospital. Terrible bedside manner.

Dr.Guarch is very timely and covers all your problems and is willing to cooperate with other Physcians providing specialized physician e.otheopedic or surgeons by conducting preoperative medical clearance. He offers various appointment time if u prefer mornings, they are available or if u prefer afternoons, he is available. Great up to date physcians and offers compassionate care. The office staff are friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr.Gouarch as a Primary Care Physcian.

Dr Guarch is an amazing physician. He was cheerful, courteous, efficient, thorough gifted diagnostician. I immediately felt at ease when I spoke to him about my medical situation. I was visiting the area from Milwaukee and suddenly required a physician. I called the hospital and two nurses recommended I see Dr. Guarch. They were right--Dr. Guarch saw me immediately and quickly addressed my medical situation. I would not hesitate to see Dr. Guarch again and I have recommended him to friends and family who live in the area.
