I come to Dr. Quinonez for a while now with my patient, and I must say the staff is AMAZING, they greet us with a smile everytime, they are very friendly and attentive to the patient, I've dealt with Dr. Quinonez and also Dr. Ober they are both very sweet and very knowledgeable about their practice, they always take the best care of the patients ❤️

I like Dr. Quinonez and find him very thorough in his examination. But he has terrible office staff. They never answering the phone. The call back comes after 2-3 days from a non medical receptionist. Not great when you need help!

Great bedside manner! The staff is really efficient as well. Dr. Quinonez was able to diagnose my condition after two other doctors I had been to previously could not. I highly recommend him he is very empathetic and was determined to find out what I had. Has been my doctor ever since.. also he is great at treating covid definitely do a telemedicine visit with him, he saved 3 of my family members that were in really bad shape during the beginning of the pandemic.

I have been going with my husband to every office visit. One visit we did not see doctor. We saw someone we assumed was the nurse practitioner. She was a small young lady with red hair. She reluctantly looked down husband's throat. Found out she is an office worker. The nurse has been gone for 2 years. Last visit he entered the room and said as usual, So how are you doing. Then looked at me and said, I'm sorry have we met. Omg two years of visits. Then he bragged, I'm sorry I have so many patients it's hard to keep track. Not caring at all. Just all routine. Apparently he has to many patients. We found a new doctor who cares.

Let me preface this review by saying The Dr., himself has no merit for such low star count. Dr. Quinonez is a stud and deserves a much better office staff. Unfortunately, the incompetence of the office (mostly front desk and billing) reaches a whole new level of needing proper training. Basic customer service skills are non existent from the beginning. This office is surely happy to bill you to simply give you “results” from your previous visit, yes that’s right….. you will get RE billed just to get results from a previous visit…. As per the billing departments explanation, “it’s just what we do.” Needless to say, I’m saddened I’ll have to find another Dr because of his staffs incompetence, nevertheless I’m not into getting billed every time the Dr calls me and says “hey labs are great.”

Had an awesome experience about a week ago. Came down from New York and needed covid testing. Dr. Quinonez office performed rapid PCR test for my family without having to wait in those long lines. The treatment was fast.
