I have severe Major Depression and lived through 10 months of being homeless in 2023. Leaving me in a mental nightmare that I couldn't get over even after finally getting an apartment. I saw the advertisement for TMS therapy at Greenbrook and went for it. I'm so glad I did because it was the best decision I've ever made for myself. I did all 36 treatments, and felt a change after just 2 treatments. The staff was amazing, and it was so easy and fast. I wish they had offered this back in my 20's, because it was extremely successful! I am forever grateful to Greenbrook Mental Wellness Center for helping me look forward to my future of happiness! ❤️

Excellent staff. Takes time to listen. I feel confident in their skills. TMS seems to be helpful, I recommend considering it if other options have failed.

Just started my first treatment w/ SPRAVATO. It was kinda an out of body experience, very relaxing, and a great afternoon 2hr nap. I did have a headache fir a few hours after , which they said was very common. I definitely felt great the next day. The staff has been friendly and accommodating very private and comfortable. They check in and monitor to see if i was doing ok. No complaints so far. Ill update this in a few weeks when treatment is further along.

I'm honestly not sure if I would recommend treatment or Greenbrook Fairlawn or not. My 35-year-old son went for 5 weeks and unfortunately experienced nothing positive during that time period. After the 24th TMS treatment he experienced a sort of an odd very emotional day. I called the clinic to simply ask if it could be related, I was doubtful it was but just wanted some reassurance. Instead they simply canceled his treatments immediately that same day (he was on the way there and I had to call him to tell him to return home. They then told us they needed a release from his physician in order to continue. His Dr. was out of town so we had to disrupt treatments. No one from the Greenbrook staff ever called to check on my son, or to even inquire about rescheduling the remaining treatments. We have no idea if more treatments would have helped him. We lost confidence and hope due to this very basic lack of concern, I feel sad and disappointed and quite ambivalent about the entire process, and we are devastated by this loss of hope for relief from my son's TRD, GAD and PTSD. As a result, both he and myself have fallen steadily deeper into despair.

everyone here is so kind and so caring! i’m on my 4th week of TMS and seeing results. i usually see marissa and have had a wonderful experience with her, but in the few times i have seen christina and olivia i have felt very positively as well. you can tell the people here genuinely really care about the work they do and the people who walk through their door. highly recommend!!

I have been doing TMS & Spravado for months now... my life has completely changed for the better. I'm able to get out of my room and live my life!! Thanks so much to Olivia for all of her amazing support throughout my journey!!! Anybody that has depression and or anxiety 🙃 😕 should definitely try this treatment! My insurance covers TMS 💯% & the Spravado is only $10 per session! I am so so so very happy 😊 😃 😀 to finally find help for my major depressive disorder and the messed up panic attacks!!😢

Update: I was promised a direct deposit of my refund and have yet to receive it as of June 2025. I was a patient at a location outside of Pittsburgh, PA June-July 2024. It has since closed. I am sharing my review of the company overall to warn customers about my experience with the Greenbrook TMS billing department, not this location specifically. I would also love for someone from Greenbrook to actually help me... This was my third round of TMS and first round with Greenbrook. The treatments work, and the providers and technicians were great. I prepaid over $2,000 for my treatments at the beginning. I hit my out of pocket maximum during the treatments. This means I unintentionally overpaid by over $800. I realized this around September 2024 and began calling the billing department. In October, I was connected with a representative who emailed me a billing statement and said the company was waiting on three paid claims from my insurance. Once they came back, they'd mail me a refund check. It is now April 2025, and I have not received a refund check. I've since called the billing department and left messages/spoken with a representative five times. I also called my insurance. In roughly February, my insurance could not complete the final claim because they are waiting on paperwork from Greenbrook from July 2024. I reviewed my insurance app, and the claim has since been paid, so there's no reason not to return my call and issue a refund. I have tried so hard to be patient with this company, but the amount of anxiety and stress this has caused me on top of the financial burden is unacceptable. I just want someone to help me, and they won't. If you can see another TMS provider, I would strongly consider it. If not, do NOT pre-pay for your treatments as dealing with the billing department for anything is impossible
