I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Gregory Martain. I would like everyone to know, the office is friendly and so was Dr. Martin. He appeared to be a great man. He is worried about one’s health, that is for sure. He cares if there is a risk of infection after a surgery. The reason he is getting three stars is only because he would not do my knee replacement because I smoke. I drove 186 miles to get to his office, it was the first time he had ever seen me. The lady that scheduled the appointment did ask if I smoked, I acknowledged by saying yes. I feel at that time should have told me he will not do surgery on a patience that smokes. If you see this review and your only issue is you smoke, don’t waste your time if you are not able to quit. I have tried to quit. I refuse to lie to my doctor or myself by saying sure I can do that. Issues with my knees will continue I guess until I am 60 years old. My regular orthopedic won’t do it until then. So constant pain from 2012 till 2033. God bless all of you and good luck.

My wife had a knee replacement performed by Dr. Martin. She was thrilled with the organized way the office is run. Each P.A. and nurse is excellent. Within 6 weeks she was walking with her pain free new knee.

Would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the fact that I literally waited over an hour once I finally got into the operatory to see Dr Martin. That didn't include the wait in the waiting room which was an additional 20 min. I was first seen 10:15/10:30 for a 9am appt. No reason for that much of a backlog that early in the day. Dr Martin , once in the room with me, was very professional and took time in answering all my questions and concerns. No concerns about Dr Martin at all.....just the excessive wait to see him in the office.
