Susan Y. I am a patient of Mr. Steven Thomas, and I am very disappointed to hear that the last review on 06/17/22 was far from the truth. I have been a patient of Mr. Thomas for about 20 years. The previous post is an example of deformation of character. Mr. Thomas is a kindhearted individual who cares for his patient's best interests. The individual who wrote this statement seems to be spiteful and malicious. I implore you not to listen to this review, if you are looking for a hearing aid specialist Mr. Steven Thomas is the best!!!

three years ago this Hearing aid dispensor Steven Thomas was cleaning my hearing aids and he gave them back to me the tip was not secured and it for atixk way down deep in my ear canal and he had to send me to the emergency room. i was looking for new hearing aidsa d walked i there to get a price . He assured me what ever model i wanted he would take full assignment (this was said infront of another patient ) but i'd have to make appt to sign forms beong he promised no out of pocket i made an appointment this week as I figured I would give him one more chance as he was very close. He gave me a very quick hearing exam but mostly went by the exam i gave him from my audiologist up north He then again told me that I could get whatever hearing aid I want and he would take whatever the insurance company reimburse them I was specific about the type of hearing aid the brand the name and the model and he was well aware of them. He again told me to sign the insurance form and he would take whatever they gave him I did not trust him and so I sent him an email to confirm the facts that he told me before I would sign the insurance form all of a sudden he wrote back stating that he won't be able to accept just what insurance gives because unfortunately he didn't realize how expensive those hearing aids were. I then asked him if he would just do the lower model and he said no he was hoping I was just going to sign the insurance form on day one and then when the hearing aiids came and it wasn't enough money from insurance for him he was going to demand the money from me hopefully he's not doing that to seniors who don't know any better
