when I had my hearing test with the audiologist I was told that I would receive my hearing aids within a few days. It has now been three weeks. Now nothing, the Bremerton Washington office has totally ghosted me. They won't take my calls and do not return calls from their voice mail. I do not recommend Hearing Life. I would go elsewhere for your audiology and hearing needs.

I used them as my hearing provider in 2020 insurance changed so I haven't been back. For the past year, three years later mind you. They have started spam robocalling me from many random #s regularly and refuse to stop. I will never do business with them again because of this and recommend that others don't ever start. I get enough spam calls, I don't need healthcare providers adding to the robocalls

They will spam call you from every one of their locations no matter how many times you tell them to stop.

I received my hearing aids from a location before it became Hearing Life and had a great experience. When Hearing Life took over, I started getting nonstop phone calls and mailers. I’ve asked more than 10 times to be removed from their call list and yet they still call me. I would like it to stop and don’t plan to get my next devices from them because they won’t leave me alone. Additionally, they gave me the wrong hearing domes which got stuck in my middle ear and they don’t have the personnel or equipment to remove it. So I paid out of pocket to see a specialist and have it removed. Hearing Life did nothing to remedy the situation or follow up with me. Awful customer service!

HearingLife hearing aids have been a godsend to me. The hearingLife company has been very thorough in assessing my hearing problem and have provided me with state of the art hearing aids. They have given me instruction to start using them and also how to keep them clean to provide the best possible sound available. These hearing aids are not just amplifiers but the latest digital technology and with blue tooth capability. HearingLife is always available for questions I may have by phone and will make appointments if needed for in person instruction should any problems occur. Their closest office is 15 minutes away.  It is located in West Bend, Wisconsin. I highly recommend HearingLife hearing aids for the best possible value for the best hearing aids above all others!

After nearly a year of needing to have issues checked into and not receiving services because there was no audiologist available in the office, they closed the office where I purchased my aids. Absolutely no notice was given to their customers. The nearest office is over two hours away. I paid over $3000 out of pocket, have over a year left on my warranty, am having issues, and need assistance. I'm left high and dry. This is not good business! Also, I was given an email to address these issues and I have not yet received a reply. Sincerely sorry I didn't go to Costco as my friends did. They paid nearly half of what I paid and are very pleased with the service they are receiving.

These ladies are the best of the best. I would recommend Hearing Life to anyone. The environment is very clean. They are very efficient and caring people. I have been a patient for three years and I will continue to do so.
