I’ve spent more time waiting at a drive thru then the amount of time I spent in the office being seen. I understand trying to be efficient but the in n out approach to healthcare for a young woman is demoralizing. I barely had time to speak with the doctor and never received my test results even after calling.

I am overly shocked at the quality of that was rendered. We seek physicians to handle our healthcare concerns. This was clearly not the case in my last visit . After waiting AGAIN l (yes this happened every time I have an appointment)for 45 mins to be seen, I was rushed through my appointment, and when I attempted to have some health concerns addressed, I was told how I could not have a chief complaint outside of my primary appointment and furthermore was told because the insurance won’t pay for it. I stated, “Even for a health concern?” It was acknowledged that my concern was valid, but then told to come out of the room. After filing a complaint with my insurance, who acknowledged the information rendered by the Doctor was untrue, I get an unapologetic apology, with minimum attempt at service recovery. My advice is, be careful who treats you, they don’t always have your well-being in mind.

She is kind, compassionate and takes the time to explain everything to you. Very rarely do you find a doctor who knows your history without even looking at the file. She has been my doctor over 15 years and we have faced many issues together. With her help, I am a new woman, healthy and strong. I highly recommend her to women looking for someone professional, intelligent and compassionate and TOP in her field .

As a first time young mother I suggest NO YOUNG PREGNANT MOTHER come to her. I wanted a woman because I wanted to feel more comfortable. I suffered from very bad anemia.. at the beginning of my pregnancy I passed out to the point where I stopped breathing for a while this was the first issue she brushed over. The second was my anemia my iron was so low when I went to the hospital after not feeling well and my blood pressure being low they wouldn’t let me leave because of how low it was. She also she knew how low it was before I went to the hospital. I called to try and switch my doctor but they told me I wouldn’t be able to because it was to late in my pregnancy. When I went into labor I told the nurse that was with me I didn’t want doctor Ingrid to deliver my baby as she’s never made me feel comfortable and never took any issues of mine seriously after a lot of arguing back and forth they agreed and had a different doctor that ended up in an emergency c-section.. and Im glad to say I didn’t have her doing it. After having my baby she came to my delivery room to apologize.. let’s just say after 33 hours of labor and not being able to speak and just wanting to be with my baby and my husband I wasn’t to happy she decided to come say “sorry” and asked what the GENDER of my baby was even though she had been my doctor for 7 months.. just proving how much she really cares about her patients.

The staff seems very friendly and the office looks nice(from the hallway), my wife loves the doctor and feels very comfortable with her since she gets all the attention every time she comes in for her appt and doesn't feel like another number to the practice. I( patient husband/baby daddy) am giving 2 out of 5 just for the simple fact that as a first time parent you want to at least listen to your baby's heart beat. Unfortunately had to miss work just come sit on the hallway, not even in the waiting room. As a HCA provider I do understand we are on pandemic and patient safety is priority but extra measures can always be taken. Thanks for taking away the experience of seeing and listening to your baby while is still in womb.

I have been seeing Dr. Isdith for 13 years. She takes time with you. Gets to know you. Is incredibly efficient and friendly. I have moved 3 times since seeing her, each time further away from her offices and I continue to make the drive because I love her so much. She is truly a wonderful person and an even better Doctor!
