List of Jeanne Letsky's Reviews
Dr. Letsky was amazing. I was not able to be meet her at the hospital, but my boyfriend was. I wasn't able to schedule my first two appointments with her because one of the days were her day off and then the following week, she was on vacation. She exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend her.
Always pleasant
I noticed somehow a negative review for the Office of Pediatric Associates and a PA landed on our Drs. page. I saw it trying to look up her hours. Dr. Letzky did not provide service to that person’s children and therefore I wanted to let others know it had nothing to do with her after reading it. Dr. Letsky has been a wonderful Dr. to our special needs adopted son since he was a baby. It went from me taking on all visits to now my husband. And she has been patient and kind through all our sick and well visits. She also sees the individual needs of each child not anything else. Highly professional and with a good bedside manner for a pediatrician seeing many sick children and their stressed parents daily. I can not thank her enough for being on my son’s care giving team. Thank you, Dr. Letzky for your care and lovely demeanor we are grateful for you in our home and hearts too.
I have a policy of 0 recommendations. Our visit was good, the waiting wasn’t long, staff was helpful and attentive doctor was okay and prompt to answer questions about the visit. Overall we had a good experience
I have been with pediatric associates for the past four years for first child. This is my second child servicing with your company. After, my first child’s birthday we lost her primary physician (Dr.Williams), every since she moved, we have seen countless Providers from NP’s to MD. As a provider myself, I had found this last visit for my newborn baby to be the last straw for me. Dr.Leslie or PA Leslie was being cold, unattached, and unfriendly. She should not be working with children with that rude demeanor or if she cannot apply the same courtesy to everyone regardless color, creed, religion, social class. I hate to display my profession when I go to healthcare workers in order to assess the treatment, perhaps I should have had. Consider your clinic to lose 2 patients. It might not make a difference for such big group, but my children deserves better.
I have been going to pediatrics associates for many years now. I have 3 kids and all of them with pediatrics associates. I like how the employees greet us and help us with any questions we may have. It’s a great place to come for your children.
Doctors are very knowledgeable. Friendly staffs and clean facilities. Quick and easy appointment’s online. KidzDocNow app worked perfectly for few virtual visits.
Great experience
My daughter was very sick with fever for 5 days. I could not find an appoint till the 3rd day. I took her to pediatrics on Wednesday the 15th of February. The doc did not give her any medications that day eventhough she had a bad earache. My daughter's ear pain got worse and the fever went up and she was not able to sleep through the night. I called on Fri the 17th. They refused to give me an appoint. I took her back again later that day and the doc said she had an infection on both ears. After 5 days of fever, pain, and missing school , the doc finally gave her the antibiotic. I will never go back to that office again
Amazing

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
