I wouldn't let this guy slice bread at the dinner table. I initially went in for one procedure and woke up from anesthesia with a totally different procedure done. His bedside manner was piss poor and he was never clear post op. And always seemed to have a attitude or just been doing this for so long he didn't care anymore. Walks in patient room and doesn't even greet you. He had the nerve to ask me what can I do for you today? I recently had a second procedure, because whoever they work with for physical therapy didn't reach out to me until three weeks post op. So much scar tissue had built up during their lack of communication that a MUA had to be done. Woke up from that procedure and the anesthesiologist knocked out my front tooth. The anesthesiologist had the nerve to act as if he didn't know what happened and blamed me for biting done on the tube. Which is impossible if I were properly administered the anesthesia. Now I'm getting the run around on them making things right about my tooth that was cracked to the bone and my gum split. As a result of the sending me to get a second opinion days after the surgery now I have a infection in my gum from the negligence of the anesthesiologist. The office staff, specifically the surgical coordinator, seem to have adopted his crappy attitude toward ethics and bedside manner. Two days post op and there are no surgical notes( medical records) available for review.
Dr. Jeffrey Kuglar is a monster. He does unnecessary surgeries on you and brakes bones without telling you he messed up and drills into nerve damaging them leaving you disabled for the rest of your life. He should not have a license. He destroyed my health and my life. Leaving me to be in pain forever and unable to move on my own.
This was the first doctor that actually went over the MRI and showed what he was seeing. He took the time to explain and educate and recommend options for treatment. Did not seem rushed. Friendly staff and great follow-up.
I’ve seen a few dr for my knee but dr kugler was the best. He was honest and straight to the point. He did injections to my knees which helped a lot. He’s staff was great. I loved dealing with all them. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Kugler was fine. Never remembered who I was. His Physician Assistant was amazing. I had surgery at his surgery center and I have PTSD from the experience. The worst experience of my life. They were running behind and after my surgery they did not offer any comfort, water, empathy, etc. I had shoulder surgery and woke up with a numb arm and had to ask for a sling. I heard them Talking about how upset they were that the surgeries ran long because of the traffic they would face. My husband had a medical situation and wasn’t able to pick me up pick me up so I had to call my friends and they weren’t able to make it right away. They basically wheeled me into the lobby and had me wait for my friends. There was one time nurse who waited with me. It was the worst nightmare I couldn’t even imagine. The only reason why I went to him is because my lawyer sent me there. A complete racket. I was in an open room after surgery listening to other patients screaming in pain. Awful
Dr Kugler is exceptional in my opinion. I have had the best experience with him on my fractured left patella. I appreciate the care and treatment I have received. Thanks
Treats you like you're wasting his precious time. Doesn't bother to look at your file and runs out of the visit before you can ask a question. One of the worst doctors I've ever seen .
My first visit Dr. Kugler took the time to explain what my problems were, based on an MRI ordered by my chiropractor. The second visit was terrible. He didn't follow through on anything he said he would do on the first visit, obviously didn't even look at my file, based on the questions, never went over the MRI that HE ordered and rushed out before I could ask any questions, and never came back in. Finally the assistant came in, while I was waiting for the doctor to come back, and said I could check out, even though I never got to finish the visit. Horrible treatment. I won't go back.
Dear Dr. Kugler from the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank you and your staff for the care I received before, during and after my surgery on January 17, 2018. I truly believe that your expertise, passion for your job and willingness to be flexible are what brought me to where I am today. I will always be grateful to all for your help and your kindness. With much love, Svetlana Abramian.
Office is terrible, wait time. HE is part time and office is so unprofessional and so is management. NEVER GET A CALL BACK.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
