Jonathan M. Greer's Online Review Report Card

I like Dr Greer very much, however his staff does not answer or respond to calls. I have had 2 broken hips and have a high risk of additional fracture. I have followed Dr Greer's instructions to the letter. In November I had another Bone Density and had to wait 6 weeks to see Dr Greer to get my results and the next steps to get a prolia shot. I saw him December 22, and as of today, 1/25/22, and after multiple calls into his secretary and his staff, I have not been scheduled for my shot and I am left without any protection or medication. I have been getting the run around saying they haven't gotten approval and the person who does the shots has left the office. I have no choice but to find another doctor to take care of me.

Dr Greer is a breath of fresh air he listens so we'll , I've never had a bad experience. He is a rare find and I'm happy to be a patient. recently I was having some problems called the office Chrissy called me right back made me an appointment. Thank you all for your care.

A neighbor recommended Dr. Greer and I called for an appointment. A recording said "before an appointment can be made your records must be faxed to our office and we will call you back within 24 hrs. It was early morning and my records were faxed.. The following day there was no call and I checked to see if my records were faxed and was told they were and would be faxed again. To make a long saga short I spent the next 45 minutes trying to reach Dr. Greer's office and a recording told me "leave a message and we'll call you back in 24 hrs". I left a detailed messg; still no call back. I tried, unsuccessfully to make an appt with any of the other 8 doctors and finally gave up. I have no idea what Dr. Greer's qualifications are but I can say this much; if your are a trying to get an appt as a new patient, you are in for a bunch of agita.

Dr Greer is a wonderful person. He was the doctor who found my RA, He has taken care of me for years. He has wonderful staff and they are the greatest. Thank you.

Dr. Greer's medical report dept. is worthless. Both myself and my primary doctor are unable to get through. We keep getting voice mail. Their overall staff needs to be replaced with a competent staff. I received a call from his medical assistant who barely spoke English, didn't explain things properly, and I am very disappointed with that woman. Her name isn't Diane rather her replacement called me. GET RID OF HER. I don't appreciate speaking with "underlings" who don''t know what's going on. A call from Dr. Greer would have been more appropriate since there was a problem with my blood work. IN GENERAL IT IS DIFFI CULT TO GET ANY PERSON IN THE OFFICE TO HAVE YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED. Dr. Greer should be made aware of all this.

We had a very bad experience trying to switch to this doctor. They won't help us getting reports from the previous doctor and didn't offer any solutions. It seemed like they didn't want any new patients or maybe only want white patients. After waiting for more than 2 months to be accepted as a new patient, we gave up and went to another doctor.

Jonathan Greer diagnosed my Fibromyalgia in the early 1990's, when not much was known about the illness and many doctors thought of it as a "basket diagnosis". He helped me get from barely able to get up a flight of stairs to working out 5 days a week at the gym and going to Grad School while raising 2 girls. I was SO deviststed when he moved to South Florida. I just happened to run across him here and had to stop and say "Hello". He is the Best Dr I've ever met...you can't go wrong in letting this Wonderful man treat you!

To Dr. Greer and all of his staff, thank you so much for keeping my immunosuppressed husband safe in this difficult time. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and compassion. Words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I'd recommend Dr. Greer, however he needs to replace his staff and make it easier to ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON. Bad office staff.

Dr Greer is one of the best diagnosticians, caring, ethical, brilliant and very kind. Can't ask for more from a doctor. Staff????? Guess they are overwhelmed.
