I went to Dr Macia for 20 years until had to move. He is without a doubt, the best Dr I have ever had and the staff is excellent.

Staff is friendly, Dr. Macia is down to earth and answers questions.

Had an appointment with Dr. Macia today. I was a new patient. The staff was wonderful. Very thorough. Did not have to wait that long. Dr. Macia is very sharp and caring. Bottom line, they have a great team there.

What a disgrace this macia guy is. He did nothing to treat me, all his office cares about is getting your money. I wonder if anyone even bothered looking at my bloodwork results, which they lied and said they called me about it, and never did. They are too stupid to know that in 2021, you cannot lie and say you called someone without them knowing you are lying. Just so lazy. To have MD after his name tarnishes the entire profession. Unless you are looking for no treatment or someone who cares less whether you live or die, do not go to this loser. it is time for Dr. despicable to retire.

Dr. Macia is nearing retirement and, sadly, it's quite clear he has already mentally "checked out" of practicing empathetic, quality care. His office staff are among the best stonewallers—rude, discourteous, heartless, and maddeningly unhelpful. He requires his patients to come into the office during the Pandemic regardless of the status of their health or medical issue. He will not provide video televisits; he doesn't use email or texting. Instead, he regularly brushes you off to other doctors without the courtesy of a diagnosis or even speaking to you.

I've been going to this Dr for more than 10 years. He's willing to listen, discuss, and has helped me more with my debilitating migraines than previous doctors. I never wait long when I've made an appointment (you WILL wait if you show up unannounced, of course).

Dr. Jorge Macia is a rare gem. He is a bi-lingual Cuban doctor who treats patients with TLC and old-fashioned kindness. I have been a patient for over 20-years and I look forward to seeing him. He takes the time to ask about my kids. It is obvious that he is passionate about his role as an MD! This is rare in our modern world. I love the office staff, nurses and assistants. They always try to fit me in on the calendar--many times the same day. There is never a long wait. I feel like there is a true patient experience rather than just writing scripts. He takes time to understand my symptoms and listens to me. I always google everything and try to "be a doctor's helper" by suggesting cures and new weight loss drugs from the internet. He just laughs and tells me not to google everything. Ha! I feel blessed to be a patient here.

I have been going to Dr Macia for a long time. Never had a problem with him. He treats what he can treat and sends you to a specialist when necessary. I believe he really cares about my wife and myself. I also find his nurses professional and helpful.

I take a Rx that is a non controlled substance. Its a non narcotic, non stimulant, non addictive medication. This Rx can easily be written w multiple refills to be picked up at any pharmacy. Yet Dr Money Hungry insists its a controlled substance (even though it clearly states on the Medication Guide Attached to the bottle under section 9 that it's not) and that I must make a Dr appt every mo to see him in order to pick it up. I am a self pay patient, it costs me $90 out of pocket to pick up a free medication because Dr Macia insists on doing it this way. It is clearly unnecessary! I believe this Dr is unethical, uninformed, out of touch w modern medicine and taking his personal financial problems out on his patients.
