THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO CHANGE OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE IS INSANE!!!!!!! Always late with the appointments they need to be organize with the schedule/ appoitment!!! Bad cuatomer service!! The Doctor Castañeda GREAT! Everything Genevieve Slovak said in her review is accurate. My baby and I almost die becaue of his negligence back in 2009. I was a forced C-section. If you have to change doctors before your delivery-do it. Nationality shouldn’t be accounted for when deciding your Doctor. I did it and failed as I thought been Hispanic would have made a difference since he is also Hispanic- well who knows from what breed? I forever regret that he was my doctor. It was pretty bad!!!!

The doctor is very good, he was patient to answered all my questions. my bad experience was with one of theirs employees MARISOL is her name, I had a problem getting to the pharmacy for my medicine, so I called the doctor's office three times and her attitude was bad, I was not calling asking for something that it was not part of theirs job, if she is there it is to help, attend to the patients and even more so if it is something that is in their hands and not in the hands of the patients, if I called three times it is because I did not receive a solution from them and she answered me with sighs of annoyance for my call, I have been working with clients for many years and that is not the way to solve a problem, even today I had to come back to the doctor’s office to get finally the prescription that the pharmacy never received and when I was talking with another girl that works there (who by the way was really nice) MARISOL was there and she looked at me bad. COME ON!

No tuve una buena experiencia! Las recepcionistas excepto una te tratan horrible y no buscan bien la información cuando te tienen que dar turnos etc. Los doctores el mayor se le olvida todo y no se coordinan en lo absoluto. Me pase mi embarazo pensando que Jose Castaneda haría mi cesárea y cuando estaba ya en el salón se apareció el otro doctor. No se coordinaron con el hospital que yo tenía que ir g me terminaron enviando a uno que no tomaba mi seguro médico me dijeron que no me preocupara que el hospital lo tomaría ya que había entrado por emergencia y ahora tengo in bill de más de 40 000 y eso fue sin complicaciones. En fin no los recomiendo en lo absoluto eso sin meció at la larga espera para que te atiendan! I didn’t have a good experience. The receptionists were rude except one. I spent my whole pregnancy thinking that Jose Castaneda was going to do my c section and when I was in the room came the other doctor and did it. They made a lot of mistakes with the hospital that they sent me and the hospital didn’t take my insurance (the insurance that they told me to get) I got there as an emergency so they told me that the hospital will take my insurance since the situation, ended up that I got a couple days ago a bill over 40 000 dollars from the hospital. I do not recommend this people they don’t know what they doing they not even professional or ethic plus the wait when you are in the waiting room is over 2 hours if you lucky 1 hour!
