I believe, over the years, Berlin took many biopsies (almost always on by back) that were NOT medically necessary. On a few occasions he took more biopsies when I was there for a follow-up for a recent biopsy (only 6 weeks earlier). On my most recent encounter I stopped him when he marked me up for 2 biopsies, went to a very well established skin cancer MD for a 2nd opinion. After a thorough full body exam I was assured there was no need for biopsies. I told the MD that another doctor (i use the term loosely in this case) saw 2 areas on my back, and again I was assured there is nothing of concern on my back.

We've been to several well established and highly rated dermatologists in our community for the past 15 years. Most of our skin ailments (eczema and other conditions) they weren't able to completely solve or heal. Our initial visit, on July 31, was very unique in that we finally found a health care professional who had made several suggestions and FINALLY found a solution to one of our recurring problems. Needless to say, we are now going to go exclusively to Dr. Berlin's office. Amazing, is the best word to describe our opinions of this truly ideal dermatologist practice.

The worst experience I had in my life (and I’m 45 yo)… this doctor has a lot to learn how to treat patients… so rude! I asked to have a male nurse with him instead of female since I had a problem in my private parts. He was so rude about my legit request and treat me with the lowest respect, and patience. Will never comeback or recommend this doctor. Oh and I see that the comment rude repeats itself in the rest of the reviews.

Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. I took my daughter there and wound up walking out during the exam. It’s clear he doesn’t care what patients have to say, he’s rude, and condescending. There are many other dermatologists, this one gets a big fat zero. Gave 1 star because zero wasn’t an option

MIS DIAGNOSED MY MOM. THE DIAGNOSIS DR. BERLIN PA GAVE DERMITITIS BUT IT WAS SCABIES. FILING A COMPLAINT

The practice diagnosed and biopsied for the incorrect medical condition. They diagnosed my mother with dermatitis. This was incorrect. She was later diagnosed with scabies. This is totally medical malpractice and medical malfeasance.

Under no circumstances go to Dr Berlin practice. The PA in his office committed medical malpractice and malfeasance. She incorrectly biopsied the wrong medical condition for my mother which she diagnosed with dermatitis. We had to go to our regular dermatologist who was on vacation who then diagnosed my mothers condition correctly with scabies.
