Dr. Manchon is a wonderful doctor. He's kind and caring, always attentive, never rushes through my visits. He always makes sure I have any important tests that may be needed. His staff is also wonderful. I've been seeing him for almost 5 years, and intend to continue. Very happy with him. Thank You.

Beware! Not all physicians in their office are in-network and you will end up with "Suprise Billing." I was seen by a PA and later billed for $162 and was never informed by the office that the PA was not in-network. I should have paid $35 if billed correctly I had to call the office three times to get my prescriptions filled. I called countless times trying to get the billing correct. No one calls you back and they do not document your calls, so every time you call back you have to start over. I called by an office assistant who informed me that I had Hepatitis C. I had and was treated for Hep C have tested negative for almost 20 years. The assistant misread the test! I was new to this office and not aware of their procedures and recently found my blood test results on the website. The blood tests showed that I had high cholesterol and an abnormal thyroid. I was never informed of the results nor treated for either. I only found out about these conditions by going to a new doctor. Don't risk your health, stay far away!

I am a physician whose elder parents have entrusted their care to Dr Manchon. Over the years Dr Manchon has hardly if ever see them personally and his practice is managed in principle by his physician assistant. On most occasions I have had to request studies to be done and the level of care is totally substandard. When trying to reach Dr. Manchon his answering service informs you of his many lunch hours and to call the nearest ER. I truly hope at some point a serious review of this physician is undertaken as this type of care is both inconsiderate to people and unacceptable. It is sad to have to post such a poor review of a fellow physician and I have informed this practice that I would do so if they did not make efforts to take care of their patients who entrust themselves to his care.

Dr. Manchon always gave me one-on-one attention and truly listened to my concerns without rushing me! He's super friendly and easy to talk to. He helped answer some important questions health-wise which was a great relief at the time. I would have kept definitely seeing him had I not been forced to change insurance from a off-exchange PPO to an "Obamacare" HMO, which he unfortunately didn't take. He's an amazing doctor that I'd highly recommend!
