Had an amazing and easy experience here! Was greeted warmly by Christine who followed through with us our entire visit. Dr. Harrell was VERY thorough and spent a lot of time with us to ensure my daughter was comfortable! Rob helped fix my daughters glasses while helping us order new ones for her! I absolutely rate this place 5 stars! I’m so happy eye and ear Wellington was recommended to me!

Amazing rapor. Comprehensive exam. Wonderful with my middle schooler! He is the best I've ever visited! Patient and thorough. Lovely office staff. My son was apprehensive about getting glasses. They put him at ease and helped him pick out a stylish pair of glasses that he was happy with. 😁 Scheduling appointments for the rest of the family! Best doctor we've seen in quite some time!

Been going to Dr. Harrell for years. Not only is he a great eye doc, his personable, pleasant and humorous personality makes your appointment entertaining. Highly recommend.

Dr. Harrell saved my eyesight! Dr. Harrell does a very comprehensive eye exam. The first time I saw him he checked my eye pressure and recommended I see a glaucoma specialist. I did and am being treated for ocular hypertension. If he hadn’t caught it, I would probably have full blown glaucoma. The second time I saw him he saw that a stitch in my eye from cateract surgery a couple of years before had come loose. He called a specialist friend of his who told me to come right in so he could remove it. I have nothing but appreciation for Dr. Harrell. I recommend him highly.

I tried twice to get into Dr Harrell’s office. The first time they gave me the wrong date and time and we showed up for nothing. The next appointment we missed because they never called to remind us. We called days later only for the receptionist to lie and say she called. She didn’t. No missed calls on my iPhone. Not going to try them again. They don’t want my business.

Dr. Harrell and his excellent staff have helped my family for five years, with a perfect blend of friendly and professional service. I appreciate how simple and favorable the scheduling has been for my large family. It's rare to find a doctor's office where children are as welcome as adults. I would recommend Dr. Harrell to anyone who needs eye care.
