Dr. D. is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. My children never have any problem going to the doctor, they love going to see her. She is very patient and always listens to what they have to say and answers their questions. Pediatric Associates has always been terrible with wait times but that is not Dr. D's fault. Her nurses and assistants are the best too.

It is easy to get an appointment but then I usually have to wait about an hour. The staff is more caring since they changed them but they still act kind of bored. Dr. Desnoyers is a nice, caring physician.
