Mark Rogovin's Online Review Report Card

I got a specialist that he didn't "know" that happens to be highly rated and respected so he refused to see me ! What decent doctor does this ?

After a car accident I needed a lawyer to intervene with the car insurance company. I went to him after he wrote the script for physical therapy. Once I told him lawyers were involved he said either you continue with me or go to your lawyer for medical advice. Of course, the lawyers had nothing to do with the medical, but he wouldn’t hep me

Thought I had found myself a wonderful doctor...at least that's how it seemed when I met him.! Fast forward to now when I can't even get him on the phone for a question. The office insists only on Tele Med appointments! I went to the hospital this morning for a bad accident and left at around 11:00. They told me to contact my primary care physician. Called Rogovin to try to get some pain meds and his secretary told me since I was in the hospital earlier, he can't talk with me. Says he needs to do it the next day according to insurance. I called up Florida Blue and spoke to supervisor and agent and both had no idea what he was referring to. You'd think Rogovin could have at least called to ask how I was doing. Only 25 stitches in my head and all I needed with a little pain relief. Rogovin obviously has some issues!!! STAY AWAY!

If you are looking for a professional staff and a caring and understanding doctor….this is the place to go. Dr. Rogovin listened to me like no other doctor has. He really cares about what is happening to you. I am sooooo glad I found this doctor …..it has changed my life for the better!

Have been a patient of Dr. Rogovin for 10+ years. Great to have a primary care doc for the basics; he's the best I ever had. Blew me away from the first day; listening with concern. Imagine that! Even got my husband and cousin to go to him. Granted, the office had run behind on appointments like so many offices. The ability to schedule virtual appointments was a terrific enhancement. Sandy is the best, and with the addition of Dolly and Dr. Jacobs I actually don't mind going to the doctor (so much)

One of the best doctors I've ver had that truly shows compassion for people and the staff was very professional and very helpful at all times , couldn't be happier!
