THEY SOLD TO CONVIVA! NOW IT IS HORRIBLE!! CALLS ANSWERED BY CALL CENTER AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. CANNOT GET THROUGH TO OFFICE. I WAS DISCONNECTED!! HORRIBLE!! PRIVATE EQUITY GROUPS BUYING EVERYTHING AND KILLING BUSINESSES!!

Zero stars. This office was fine until it was sold to Conviva earlier this year. Now, they have unreasonable, uncaring, rigid policies; poor communication; unnecessary visits in order to bill Medicare (and they ONLY accept medicare patients). Medical decisions are handled by an unreachable "manager," not by a clinician or doctor.

I have been going to Dr Rodriguez since she opened her office I now have to switch doctors because conviva does not take United Healthcare but always a good experience with Dr Rodriguez I will miss you

I have been a patient for over 25 years and the dissatisfaction I have experienced with this office since they changed to convia . They have no regards whatsoever to your health all they care about is the money not your health I would never recommend this office stay clear they do not care about your well being.. they throw you away like garbage.

Once again, I feel compelled to give Martha, at the front desk, a five star review. She is amazing. I admire her professionalism, her efficiency, and perhaps most of all the communicative skills that she possesses.

I’ve been searching for an outstanding geriatric doctor to take great care of my 86 year old mom . I’ve had the good fortune of having Carolina guiding me with the new patient paperwork and have been amazed at her incredible customer service and professionalism . This practice also is online so it makes communicating with this office so much easier. Looking forward to bringing my mom in soon and very happy to finally find a great professional team. Always has time to listen to my questions and answers them. When I call the office to speak to him he always calls back

Only saw her 2 times in 2 years. Every time I call for an appointment I am told she is booked. Tired of seeing the PA, nurse or other doctor. Thought she was my primary. Will have to go elsewhere.

I do not like leaving negative reviews but I am doing this because no one from the office will call me back. I had an annual checkup scheduled and was required to get bloodwork prior to it. I used to be able to get the bloodwork in office but they stopped doing it. I went to quest to get my bloodwork done and they were a mess. Didn't have any details in system, had me waiting forever and quite frankly the quest did not look sanitary. I was on hold waiting to speak to someone from Drs office to confirm what quest needed and they never answered so I left a message to cancel my appt. Fast forward 6 months later and I receive a letter in the mail for a "no show fee". I tried calling to explain that no one answered for me cancel properly and NO ONE ANSWERED again. I left ANOTHER message. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a callback. I am writing this review in hopes to get someone's attention over there to call me back and waive this fee before it goes to collections because I will not be paying it. It is ridiculous that you would charge me because you cannot check your messages. Once we can get this handled, I will happily update my review.
