El peor lugar para atenderse , nada ordenados ni organizados para llamadas perdida de tiempo y cuando fui a pedir mi record nos dijeron que los habian perdido todo mal..!! No recomendaria a nadie que necesite una atwncion ahi porque es la peor.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO CHANGE OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE IS INSANE!!!!!!! Always late with the appointments they need to be organize with the schedule/ appoitment!!! Bad cuatomer service!! The Doctor Castañeda GREAT! Nesecitan ser organizados con las citas si yo tengo una cita a las 10:30 salen atendiendome una hora tarde!!!!

El doctor Castañeda es un doctor excelente y pendiente de su pasiente me salvó la vida por un tumor que tube Gracias a el y a Dios todo salió bien en mi sirujia

Everything Genevieve Slovak said in her review is accurate. My baby and I almost die becaue of his negligence back in 2009. I was a forced C-section. If you have to change doctors before your delivery-do it. Nationality shouldn’t be accounted for when deciding your Doctor. I did it and failed as I thought been Hispanic would have made a difference since he is also Hispanic- well who knows from what breed? I forever regret that he was my doctor. It was pretty bad!!!!

Dr. Casteneda is one of the best..I like the fact that he is very caring and thoughtful.i have never met anyone like him before...thank you dr.casteneda for being who you are a wonderful person and doctor

Pésimo servicio de la recepcionista, y cuando llamas no se escucha bien la opción que debes marcar y cuando esperas en línea te contesta una recepcionista que piensa que te esta haciendo un favor

Beware, they dont care about people, they just care about making money, double check with other providers before doing anything

The doctor is very good, he was patient to answered all my questions. my bad experience was with one of theirs employees MARISOL is her name, I had a problem getting to the pharmacy for my medicine, so I called the doctor's office three times and her attitude was bad, I was not calling asking for something that it was not part of theirs job, if she is there it is to help, attend to the patients and even more so if it is something that is in their hands and not in the hands of the patients, if I called three times it is because I did not receive a solution from them and she answered me with sighs of annoyance for my call, I have been working with clients for many years and that is not the way to solve a problem, even today I had to come back to the doctor’s office to get finally the prescription that the pharmacy never received and when I was talking with another girl that works there (who by the way was really nice) MARISOL was there and she looked at me bad. COME ON!

My first visit of the first year everything went smoothly. Everyone was nice. The only downfall and why I am only giving 2 stars is: that 1st visit after I spoke to the doctor and scheduled for a new appointment of 2 weeks the front desk told me I did not need to pay that I was good to go. Unbelievable! I recieved a bill in the mail of a copay 2 weeks later. I even asked when I was there if I needed to pay anything they said no. I live almost 30 miles to this doctor office and they themselves told me I did not need to pay. When I called over the phone they had the audacity to tell me that it is my responsibility to know when I need to pay? Excuse me?. No! Again my 1st visit in the year everywhere else is free. In this Doctor office they told me in my face I was good to go did not need to pay. Why did I get a bill? I could have paid on the day of. There is no need for me to go back to the office to pay a bill nor is my responsibility. It is the Doctors office job (the crew/front desk) to tell me if I need to pay or not. Just like in other medical offices. Such a bad experience. Will be going back to my original doctor don't care if it is another county over.
