I tried to make an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Bromer but the staff member that answered my phone was absolutely horrendous. Her name is Dawn. I had to beg her to let me finish speaking and to complete my sentence. I'm sure Dr. Bromer is a fantastic doctor, but this was not the best impression I got from his staff. I am beyond disappointed.
