I was very pleased with my visit to MedExpress Saturday afternoon. Dr. Lewis and the entire staff were professional, friendly, and kind. I've been to this urgent care many times over the years and am always taken care of very well. I highly recommend MedExpress.

Usually when I go to the urgent care facility, the service said everything is great, normally I give it a five star, however, this past visit, I would probably give it a four-star, due to the fact that there was a long wait to check in and I had to wait at the window because the lady was on the phone taking a call and it took almost 10 minutes, also one thing I highly recommend is when somebody comes in there to take a DOT drug screen the person that’s doing the drugscreen by law is supposed to let me watch them seal the bag and sign it before I leave the counter area this way, I can witness and make sure there has been no tampering, the young lady that did my drug screen a few days ago, told me to go wash my hands before she even poured my urine in the tubes and had me sign the seal, it is my right to be able to watch them seal the urine before I walk away, I feel the young lady that was doing the drugscreen that Day should have been trained a little bit better, I have been doing drug screens for many years for DOT, I know what the rules are, and I feel the people that are doing them should also be aware of the rules, by the way, so I would normally get five stars

Made an appt for 10 am for an xray of my arm after a fall. The Dr and his assistant were on time for my visit and super professional as any regular Dr's office would be. They took an xray and gave me the results immediately. I would not hesitate to use the wonderful care and service I received from MedExpress Urgent Care in Boynton Beach.

I slightly fractured my wrist and made an online appt for 9 am on a Sunday morning. The front desk was super friendly and efficient checking me on and out. The nurse brought me back promptly and she was so nice! The Dr. (Dr. Hass?? I think) was great! He checked me out, x-rayed, treated me and later called to discuss the radiologists report. They were all very professional and made me feel like a valued person, not just another number! That's rare these days!
