Dr Michael Ross and David Ross are amazing. The most professional doctors I have met in Miami. Front desk girls are so sweet. Office is always clean. Dr Michael always takes his time to explain everything with you, has all his files organized and ready to go over everything with you. Makes me feel comfortable. He's very knowledgeable and spot on with his diagnosis. Best Doctor In Miami!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Ross and Dr. Luis Castro for 10 years. They are both caring and concerned about my health. Their office is very beautiful and they offer many services in the office like laboratory and x-ray and pharmacy. I became very sick and called and was given an appointment the same day. After doing test in the office Dr. Ross told me I had to go to the hospital. I was so happy to see that Dr. Ross was the doctor that came to see me in the hospital and took care of me. He spoke to my family and came to see me every day. I can't imagine having to go through what I went through without my family doctor right by my side. This is priceless! This is the kind of doctors you see at Ross Medical Group.

My family and I had been coming here for about 5 years and the drs have always been great! Very thorough and covers my issues. The problem is they have now dropped us because we questioned their billing policies . We received their "professional letter" but basically it says screw you we aren't treating you anymore! The final straw was my $275.00 Shingrix vaccine. Long story short, they didn't reimburse me the 100% until my insurance got involved. Even though my insurance covered 100% the day i got it they had me sign a paper telling me i would be reimbursed "don't worry" they said it's just s formality. My insurance reimbursed me the initial cost of the vaccine $176.92 but as told by the manager they keep "their cut". Not acceptable! Other instances over the years were excessive bills. The beginning of the year my husband had to sign a paper to say he agrees that if any bills go to collections the charges will automatically be doubled! Little do you know, Ross Medical Group I had already decided to drop you and didn't need your letters

I've been coming to see Dr Monica for almost 3 years now. It's quite an experience.The physical therapy section has up-to-date equipment, Dr Monica surrounds herself with a professional staff that's knowledgeable and caring, and the people working up front are very nice. I've had a couple of issues with scheduling before and not getting reminders about my appointment but nobody's perfect. If you're looking for a physical therapist who genuinely cares about her patients progress I would suggest that you come here.

Great service, compassionate, caring. Office staff service excellent, hard working, respectful and professional. Very compassionate and supportive staff. All complete service in one office. Amazing and well equipped to serve his patients. Dr. Castro is amazing physiology as well. Thorough, caring and supportive. The physician take the time to hear you out and answer all your questions. They emphasize positiveness belief attitude. They make you feel normal and really try to keep you pain free, and do not push narcotics. With their technology, they are quick to assess, test, diagnose and evaluate, and try to find the best supportive resolution to help you with your medical needs. Very professional and thorough with outstanding and exceeds high quality excellence in all that they do. So happy to find a true gem who cares and is empathetic to patients need. Probably the best doctor I ever had for over 20 years. Unfortunately, he retired Dec 30, 2016. He will be sorely missed. They don't make them like him anymore.

Dr.Ross is a wonderful doctor. He is knowledgeable, and compassionate. One would be lucky to have him as their doctor.

I went to Dr. Castro for a few years and I think he was the best doctor I've had ever. The doctor is the one who always did my blood work and it never hurt. When blood work came back he would go over it with me and explain anything that was wrong. Unfortunately my insurance changed and his office doesn't take it and it's been real hard finding good service again. My husband also goes here but is seen by Dr. Ross.

Dr. Michael Ross has saved my life. He is absolutely the most encouraging, and supportive Doctor. Especially with my rare diseases.
