When I call MorMindful Therapy, they answer the phone. My call isn't rerouted, I'm not put on hold screaming into some endless computer loop — a real human being is on the other end trying to help me. And when I'm in their offices (Boca for meds and Boynton Beach for talk therapy) I never have to wait to be seen and I never feel rushed through my appointment. Their clinicians all seem like they know what they're doing, I never feel like anyone is BSing me. I'm so sick of all the small doctor's offices being swallowed up by massive corporations and transformed into essentially big-box stores for healthcare. Walmart is fine for beach balls and futons, NOT my mental health... I'm so glad MoreMindful Therapy still puts a premium on high-quality care and excellent customer service! Highly recommended.

I came to MorMindful to find help for my anxiety and panic attacks. I met with Adriane Schmitt, who is genuine, kind, and patient. I felt completely comfortable with her. Together we were able to work through any and every issue. I can’t imagine my life without her help.

I went in severely depressed and received therapy for the first time. Although I was paying out of pocket, it was absolutely amazing. Dr. Adriane Schmitt was my doctor, and on Day 1 she said she wouldn't give up on me, and that was true. We did DBT together and it was literally life-changing. I spent three months once a week and I have changed so much. I'm on medication and grateful for the help I received and I'm happier than I have ever been in my life. If you're looking for good therapy, then go here, because it's worth it and I highly recommend it.

My therapy with Dr. Mor began four years ago. I had been struggling with bipolar 1 disorder for 57 years. When Dr. Mor and I met I was suffering from the worst depression I had ever experienced. I had no hope. I just didn't want to be on the planet. I cried throughout our first session. She was very patient and truly listened to me. With Dr. Mor's exceptional therapy coupled with the correct medication I am stable for the first time in my life.
