My experience with Terry Walters was wonderful. From the initial visit to get information about new hearing aids to actually purchasing them. He and his staff were courteous, professional and made you feel like they really cared about you. Terry went out of his way to give me high quality service and was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands of hearing aids and recommended the ones that would help solve my issues best. I would recommend Terry to anyone who needs help with their hearing. A very pleasant experience.

I just received my Hearing Aids (Never did I think I would need them) Terry Walters is great, he made the process so easy. He is very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. His office staff is wonderful they were very helpful when it came to my insurance and always called back promptly when i left a message. I see a long friendship with them.

Dr Terry Walters has been amazing with my elderly Mom in fitting her for new hearing aids & follow up to make sure everything is perfect. He is thorough & so patient at listening & understanding her needs. I would highly recommend him!

I have been to a lot of hearing specialists but have never had such a great result. From the time I walked in the door I felt that I was with caring people and it turned out to be true.There is nothing that they won't do to make sure you are happy with your hearing aids.

Northern Audiology is a fantastic place to go for all your hearing needs. They treat you with the utmost respect, explain every aspect of what they are doing and listen to you regarding your specific needs. My mom has been going to see Terry and Jenny for a year and couldn't be happier. They fitted her with hearing aids and she comes in every 3 months for checkups. I highly recommend Northern Audiology and Terry Walters. You will not regret going to them. I have had several of my friends go here and they are all very happy.
