I have been wearing hearing aids for over 25 years. I have dealt with four (4) hearing aid centers in the past and was recently referred to Northern Audiology. Northern is an organization, under the leadership of Terry Walters, which has a common goal to do all that is possible to make sure the patient is completely pleased with his/her hearing aids. This team has raised the bar so high I do not see how any other hearing aid company can achieve such a level of services. This is the only team to be considered for your hearing aids needs. I was very hesitant about getting Hearing Aid for that to me would mean that I’m “OLD” Terry Walters and his staff are amazing. He is so knowledgeable and patient. I just received my hearings aids today and it’s amazing the things that I can finally hear again Thank you again to Terry and his staff for your patience, knowledge and kindness you showed to someone who did not want to admit I needed hearing Aids.

Terry has been very helpful with my moms hearing issues. She has nerve damage. We go to him every month and he adjust her hearing aids. At least she can hear.

On my first appointment I had a hearing exam which only took a few minutes, to learn I had a high frequency deficit. Terry explained to my hearing aid options and we agreed on the Starkey brand. Terry had them ordered in ready for me within 5 days. He explained the proper care needed to maintain the hearing devices and how to use them. Terry is very knowledgeable regarding hearing devices and how to maintain them. There was not wait time. I was very pleased with the service, and was treated very kindly. Thanks Terry!

For all your hearing needs you should check out Northern Audiology. Terry Walters is a one-of-a-kind guy. You will feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. My mom has been going to him for a year and just can't seem to say enough nice things about Terry and Jenny. He listens to your issues and needs and explains everything to you. Mom comes in every 3 months for hearing aid checks(digital). I have recommended Northern Audiology to many of my friends needing a hearing specialist and they are all very happy. I highly recommend.

There's no audiologist on site I don't live up to their word. Try to up sell you by telling you you're hearing aids are no longer any good and prices vary on the same hearing aids from 3000 to 6 or seven

This practice was sold recently. I only found out when I called for more supplies. They made an appointment for me to come in and meet the new owner and get a cleaning. He changed my wax guards and gave me a new type of dome that Terry (the new owner) told me will make the aids more comfortable and will give me better sound. So far, so good. They all seem very pleasant and eager to help. Terry is very personable and easy to talk to. The office looks 100% better than it did with the old owners. I made another appointment for a hearing test and only time will tell. Like I said, so far, so good.

This business was sold since all,of these 5 star ratings the person who bought the place named. terry is deceptive ,not knowledgeable and gets rude with you .here are the facts to support ( I have full detail on google review that is waiting approval that goes into more detail A) upon making intial appt he and wife did not disclose business was sold when i asked for appt With orevious person , when i called him on it, he said he wanted to tell people in person as he feared they woukd be upset and not come in B) while holding my hearing aid ( she he knew model) said he can program it even if im in another state remotely , that was not true with my model when i looked it up C) when i went back a few days later , he had a hearing test in my file that he said was mine and the truth is He never gave me a hearing test , he said oh, its very similar to the one in your file( my assumption is he copied it and made slight change to look authentic to bill insurance) D)when I questioned him and said I was going to call the insurance company to see if you billed. Them, he said " go ahead call them tell them I said Hi" Then he escorted me out of the office telling me that he doesn't need me he has hundreds of patients It's sad that he will be able to pray on the elderly and vulnerable because they do not know better than to question him

My husband urged me to get my hearing checked because while I thought I could hear fine and he was just a mumbler, he insisted I was not hearing clearly! Well, it turns out I needed the exam and so assistance to hear more clearly. Needless to say, my husband and I are getting along better, and I can hear far more! Thank you!!
