Northern Audiology is a fantastic place to go for all your hearing needs. They treat you with the utmost respect, explain every aspect of what they are doing and listen to you regarding your specific needs. My mom has been going to see Terry and Jenny for a year and couldn't be happier. They fitted her with hearing aids and she comes in every 3 months for checkups. I highly recommend Northern Audiology and Terry Walters. You will not regret going to them. I have had several of my friends go here and they are all very happy.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brooks who was very accommodating with my hearing assessment. She was thorough during the examination and explanation. Georgiana at the front desk was also very helpful.

My experience with Terry Walters was wonderful. From the initial visit to get information about new hearing aids to actually purchasing them. He and his staff were courteous, professional and made you feel like they really cared about you. Terry went out of his way to give me high quality service and was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands of hearing aids and recommended the ones that would help solve my issues best. I would recommend Terry to anyone who needs help with their hearing. A very pleasant experience.

I just received my Hearing Aids (Never did I think I would need them) Terry Walters is great, he made the process so easy. He is very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. His office staff is wonderful they were very helpful when it came to my insurance and always called back promptly when i left a message. I see a long friendship with them.

Testing was painless and efficient

I needed a hearing test recently. Being in my mid 30's I did not think hearing tests were all that important. Little did I know, how beneficial it could be to get my hearing checked. I looked around and found a local business online and chose Northern Audiology. Great experience with their staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and went smoothly. I have my test results and know understand what a hearing test is all about. If you need hearing aids or a hearing test, definitely pick Northern Audiology!

My husband urged me to get my hearing checked because while I thought I could hear fine and he was just a mumbler, he insisted I was not hearing clearly! Well, it turns out I needed the exam and so assistance to hear more clearly. Needless to say, my husband and I are getting along better, and I can hear far more! Thank you!!

Terry Walters is a amazing audiologist. Been to many in my life. He knows his business and is caring and patient. I highly recommend him
