Kimberly Deslippe the ARNP is wonderful she's very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. However the billing department needs some room for improvement desperately, very upset with them that I'm getting tolls free calls from some agency saying I owe money to them and I asked why I was sent to them and not a bill in the mail and these morons have my old address on there from when I moved several times, I have no problem paying the money but get the address correct first and then you'll have the payment. Also the wait is very long to see a doctor or the nurse practitioner wish they were better with the time management with the patients- if I have an appointment for a set time you will be waiting at least 30 minutes to an hour after your appointment time to be seen.

I can only speak with superlatives about the competence and care provided by Dr Ermine and her staff. I have seen some reviews that I find perplexing and seemingly unfair. The automated review/update of ones information prior to ones appointment should have handled the address issue and avoided the billing being outdated. The staff are not mind readers. It's a tough crowd but I urge the staff to continue doing their best. My appointment today included a new staffer, Jordan, who was thorough and efficient.

Dr Ermine is knowledgeable, patient, kind, humble and respectful! She is learned and up on the latest research . She is optimistic and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and show understanding of my issues, without judgment… I love the fact that I never feel rushed when I see Dr. Ermine and how she inspires my confidence in myself!

Dr. ermine listens to you. And is greatest at diagnosing conditions.

Don't waste your precious time with this doctor! She is NEVER on time and has no respect for your schedule! Every visit (and I went to her for several years), I waited at a minimum of 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I finally had enough and walked out of her office and never went back! Her nurse, Jackie, is very rude, never smiles, and is very unpersonable! Every time I asked her a question she would answer in a condescending manner! I wish I could give this practice no stars I

Dr. Ermine truly listened to my health concerns. She addressed my concerns showing genuine empathy. I totally respect & trust her medical expertise. As her patient I feel assured that she genuinely cares about my well being.

One star. I didn’t find the doctor to be very professional, and this was confirmed when I had an EKG performed at her office where they put the leads on incorrectly leading to a several months long intervention involving a cardiologist and finally arriving to the conclusion that this dr’s office screwed up. And I turned out to be fine. That is sloppy and unprofessional and I recommend seeking care elsewhere

Never met Dr. Ermine before. Was referred to her by Urologist for Pre-Op tests for pending surgery. Dr. Ermine, opened up her office on a Saturday and came in herself as well as her office mgr. to make sure I got my time sensitive tests done in time for surgery! Needless to say, my wife and I have a new Dr. in our lives. Besides the professionalism, a great spirit and personality to go with it! A HOME RUN! Thanks Doc!

I saw PA Kimberly Deslippe from Dr. Ermine’s practice. She was exceptionally helpful as were the people In the front office. They were able to arrange for me several tests at a diagnostic center the day following my visit. The compassion they all exhibited was amazing. I highly recommend this practice.

My wife has been waiting for a week for just a call back to set up an appointment to see Dr Ermine. No one answers the phone there to even see if they are accepting New patients. Dr. Ermine was recommended by several of her patients but apparently they office is Very Busy..
