After Hours Answering Service: TERRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! SW Annette, but there was another girl who picked up and they all apparently were trained to be just as rude as their co-workers. I was put on hold for the longest, then when they finally answer they disconnect, then I call back only to be put on hold again. 23 minutes of my life I am not getting back. Thanks.

This review is not specific to the doctor, but to the front desk staff. Continual issues with scheduling appointments. On more than 1 occasion I scheduled an appointment and then a month later received a confirmation with the wrong date and/or time. When I call to notify them, I am told that this is what they have the appt. in for and there is nothing they can do. Unacceptable. I understand that it is NOT an easy job to be up there, but there needs to be better management and organization.

He has a warm personality and he never makes myself or my husband freely rushed when we bring my children. He is willing to stay and listen to all of your questions. A great doctor. I deducted a star because his practice has entirely too many patients and often you don't see him. That level of individual care is becoming more and more absent in recent years. Sadly, without Dr. Pete and Dr. Andy this office is feeling more and more like an anonymous urgent care.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr Peter and the entire staff! LOVE!

My children are now 23 and 20. We have been using Dr. Oppenheimer since my first child was born and have always been very happy.

Dr Peter is the best! I wouldn't have my child go anywhere else.

The worst run office, Admin fees, and they take forever to provide copies of immunization records, and then they are incorrect, time and time again! just typos! incredible. Always wait an hour, usually half in the waiting room and another half hour in the exam room, then they fly in for 2 minutes and your done. Incorrect billing, billed for services that we're never performed, impossible to get a flu shot appointment, to the point you'd think they are discouraging flu shots. Leaving this practice after 10 years because they are all greed and run their business terribly, overbook, overcharge, no common sense going on in their administration. Stay away!

He doesn't know how to run his office and hires all imcomptiant doctors and staff.

If you are a new patient, don't join it. You will not have chance to see Peter, Roberto and Andrew. Somebody else is going to see your child .....that is a terrible visit !

Dr. Pete is a fantastic pediatrician. His level of professionalism is amazing. He has a extremely high level of care and concern for his patients. My oldest daughter is 13 and my youngest daughter is 10. They both LOVE Dr. Pete. The staff is equally as great. Whenever I have had an emergency they have always gotten me right in. THey are open 7 days a week and that makes it extremely convenient when you have babies.
