Polcz Fertility Center's Online Review Report Card

I am so grateful that we chose Polcz Fertility Center to do our IVF journey. Dr. Polcz is extremely honest and attentive. His staff does not fall short of amazing. This is not a big chain clinic, it is more like family. They guided us every step of the way and put our fears at ease. We were blessed that our embryo transfer took the first time and I am almost 3 months pregnant. We are overjoyed with the prospect of parenthood. I must admit that this journey is not easy. You must be committed from beginning to end and look forward to everything with a positive attitude because that is the quality of service that you will get here. I definitely recommend you come and do a consultation with Dr. Polcz. We waited seven and half years did other consults at other fertility clinics and if given the chance to pick again, we'd pick Dr. Polcz. Thank you for everything!

Amazing! First off, the office staff are so wonderful and friendly. They make you feel very welcomed when you come in. The office is very clean and always smells really nice. Dr. Polcz is truly an amazing doctor. I was referred to him by a coworker and I am so happy I followed up. He really works hard to get answers and to tries to help his patients. For me, personally, I actually loved his honesty. He always spoke facts and was truthful about each procedure and their possible outcomes. There were times I didn't understand certain things and he took his time to explain. It was truly a pleasure being his patient. I would greatly recommend him for any fertility needs.

There’s a vast variety of fertility clinics across south Florida but none are compared to Polcz Fertility Center. I was referred to this center by my OB and I can wholeheartedly say that this referral is the best that I have been given hands down. Dr. Polcz is one of the most respectable individuals that I have ever had the chance to meet and work with. Dr. Polcz is a straight forward, kind and honest physician; that cares very deeply about his patients. The office staff at Polcz Fertility Center is phenomenal! Their customer service skills are top tier, they pay attention to detail, are very respectful and go above and beyond to get you the help and information that is needed. Apart from physical care, they attend to your mental health to ensure your comfort. Thanks to Dr. Polcz and his wonderful staff after 4 strenuous years of trying to conceive; He made my dream come true and I was able to conceive. I send my sincerest thank you to that office for the compassionate and professional help that I have recieved. If you need a fertility physician and clinic, Polcz Fertility Center is where you need to be.

Can’t say enough good things about this Office. Professional, courteous, understanding, warm and personal. It was the best Experience I’ve ever had at any doctor.

This review is long due... I began my journey with Dr. Polcz beginning of 2021 when pandemic was still at its peak. After meeting with several ivf practices, I decided to give Dr. Polcz a try. His quite traditional in his method (which is not bad), I mean, compared to the usual celebrity ivf hospitals that exist now, the atmosphere in his office is more calmer, they had a system of seeing patients to avoid crowd, etc. So basically to me, his practice was unique. I started clearing my initial doubts after my orientation session.... Yasmin I must say is very good at what she does (Embryologist), and I knew Dr. Polcz having bagged all those years of experience will ensure a smooth ivf process and reassured me the fibroids are not in the way of implanting my embryo. 😊 So I highly recommend this office if u looking to try ivf, they may not be the regular celebrity office/ambience you get at other practices, but the goal is getting pregnant at the end. Below is my bundle of joy, the result of the very first front runner embryo (as Yasmin called it...lol) that was implanted. Hubby & i welcomed him early this year, & we love every bit of him, and I thank God Almighty, Dr. Polcz, Yasmin and the other front desk ladies. Sandy!

Dr. Polcz and the staff are true professionals. As I married my wife years ago, I accepted the reality that I may never have a child as I knew there were many difficulties in getting pregnant. Almost three year later since our son was born and most of our family and friend says he looks just like me. I am filled with enjoy as there was once a time I couldn't imagine on what it was like on having a child. Thank you Dr. Polcz and team for your hard work and attention to detail.

Amazing bed side manner by everyone in the practice. Dr Polcz is a very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining things without getting bothered. They are also very nice and truly compassionate. I saw a review that they ask for money first but all IVF clinics asks for money or insurance verification including deposits prior any procedure. I don’t see that as unfair or a disadvantage; after all what was most important to me is the knowledge, quality care and bedside side manner. I was very pleased with my experience there. Dr. Polcz has years of experience and made me feel very comfortable. I couldn’t be more thankful to him and his nurses and assistants who were really amazing. I would definitely pick Dr. Polcz practice over any of the big IVF clinics.

Fantastic Caring Doctor. He is very skilled, detailed oriented, and definitely makes you feel like you are his most important patient. Trust him completely, and he will make your dreams of becoming a parent come true.

They asked you first for money before they do anything jazmin is very nice. money comes first that's how i feel when i was there .

To those who struggle with infertility, I promise you this place will bring you the kindness, empathy, sincerity & honesty you are looking for. After six failed oral and injectable rounds at a well-known clinic, I felt defeated. I felt like a number and not a priority. When I found Dr Polcz, I was skeptical. How could office staff like Janet, Jennifer & Yasmin at the front be as kind and caring as the doctor himself? I am not sure but they all surpassed every hope I had. I have never seen an office like this. My husband describes it as a mom and pop shop opposed to a chain restaurant. You feel like family. Your calls and questions answered. I’ve called on the weekend and gotten connected right to the doctor. He has been present for every ultrasound, every test. He encourages you to write down questions rather than shy away. Because of him for my first time, I am 8 weeks pregnant and I am actually sad to be moving on to my OB. I’ve never met a physician like him, and I’m a nurse in a hospital. If you want close, honest and reasonable costing care with the best chance at a good outcome, look no further.
