Kindall is the best doctor but their billing department doesn't pick up the phone and doesn't return the calls

Very unprofessional They didn’t even work in network of my insurance As I was telling Dr Dara Castillo my personal experience with life she kept laughing as if there was something so funny That definitely made me feel like crap Also very poor management team It seems like her medical assistants don’t know or just don’t want to do there job Highly disappointed I don’t recommend this office The icing to the cake was I called and asked to speak to a manager and the receptionist insisted l tell her what’s going on They never contacted me back Which I’m ok with today I don’t recommend this office at all They are extremely unprofessional Safe your time and mental health

Hands down Dr. Zuniga from “Psychiatry of the Palm beaches” is the best doctor. He genuinely cares about his patients. Together with the office staff they made me feel safe and welcome. Dr. Zuniga has helped me to understand certain conditions and develop strategies to manage symptoms. He gives me hope and encourages me to be my best version of me. I am greatful to have found this practice.

I 100% recommend this office to anybody going through a hard time ! I have been a patient of Dara Castillos for about two months now and there isnt any other provider I would choose . My session starts as soon as i walk in where im greeted by Lauren and Mercedes (They actually ask about my day and what my weekend plans are) its great to feel like one of the girls ! If youre looking for a patient , understanding , caring , and ontop of it practice . This is it !

Started seeing a provider that was also a colleague at this practice, she moved on and I was followed up by Kayla Marzullo, NP. She’s the best of both worlds (NP & Therapist) compassionate, patient, LISTENS, easy to talk to, judgment free zone for sure, with great pharmacological experience. Now don’t go cancelling l your therapy sessions once you see her she’s a NP! But, seriously I am so grateful that our paths crossed and she’s my provider. Four stars given because the office has some improvements with the appointment notifications and reminders system. Definitely give them a try if you’re considering care of this type.

Been going to this office for 8 plus months. If there’s a medical appointment I don’t mind going to it’s here. The staff as we say in Massachusetts is “wicked awesome”! Lauren and Mercedes are great. Every office should be so lucky as to have 2 gals like this! Pleasant, professional and personable Kayla is super too. Working on a few issues but I feel they are being addressed and I’m in good hands. Strongly recommend this Boynton group!!

I have been seeing Dara Castillo for about 4 months now. I FINALLY feel seen and heard by Dara and it is clear to me that she really cares and wants to help me!! I love that she broadens her scope of care outside of just medications! I have seen many many psychiatrist over the past decade and she is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the field of psychiatry!! I am so grateful I have found her and I can’t recommend her enough!!
