Sonny Nguyen's Online Review Report Card

I have been with this doctor for many years- if you are residing from another state and looking for a great doctor- please go see Dr. Sonny Nguyen- I see him as a family member- because he truly cares about yours needs- is hard to find doctors like him now a days- His assistant is amazing- she also makes you feel so comfortable- I live in Ft Myers but travel to see him every 6 months- he is the only doctor that I really feel is caring about his patients- I give him a 10 rating instead of 5- Thank you! I will tell you the doctor Sonny is a great guy and doctor. The person that answers the phone and books the appointments has to be the most miserable person that walks the face of this earth. You call their office and it goes to a cell phone.. NOBODY IS EVER available or return calls. I have never seen somebody that is so miserable in life as she is and then treats her customers the same exact way. The best thing he can do is fire her because in the end he'll end up losing many people that go to him because of this human being. I would not suggest anybody to go to this office until he fixes that problem. You can't get your medications refilled you can't get an appointment because they're only there 3 days a week. What doctors office is only open three days? Then when you call her to get your medications refilled she's going to be completely nasty to you. Trust me save yourself the time and find a new doctor and DO NOT come to this office. All they care about is Billing your insurance that's it. They don't care about you as a human being

Dr Nguyen has been my family doctor for 10 years. He is straight forward and knowledgeable. His assistance is always courteous and very efficient, and never disappoints me when I call.

Dr. Sonny Gguyen has been my primary doctors for many years- I leave in Fort Myers but I travel to see him every 6 month- Dr. Gguyen is a remarkable doctor- who is honest, listens to your concerns..he has been my doctor for so long- I recommend Dr. Gguyen if you are looking for a real, honest, caring doctor-this is the doctor for you- I have been with him for years- and will keep going to him-I never wait long to see him- Love Roberta- she is wonderful -easy to talk to- works so well with Dr. Gguyen- I could of changed doctors once I moved to Ft Myers- but I couldn't find another doctor like Dr. Gguyen- for me- with all honesty- it feels like a family atmosphere when I go there- I have been with them for so long- they are like my family- Thank you Dr. Gguyen and Roberta - I so appreciate both of you...

Best Doctor I ever had, moved to CA in 2008 and think of him often.

Has been my physician for over 15 yrs. He has always been professional, personable, responsive, and best of all he keeps things very simple. I highly recommend him. He has a low key practice, as he supports a hospital, so do not expect any fancy operations.

I like his approach to patients ,very personable,compassionate and practical in his patient management skills.Will definitely stay with him.

I am a retired physician and I have visited Dr Nguyen a couple of times recently.I found him to be genuinely interested in my health and very practical in dealing with my health issues.I am very please that I found him to take care of me.

Dr Nguyen is a good doctor! This office runs smooth and never has a long wait or problem with appointments! Roberta runs his office and is so friendly and compassionate and I have been to many offices and nothing compares! Dr Nguyen and Roberta keep up the good work!!!
