List of The Imaging Centers Upright Mri's Reviews
Let's start by answering the appointment line. Then how about giving correct information on how to prep for MRI with and without contrast! Since AKUMIN got it's paws on these companies it is all downhill. The front desk 'lady' at the Delray location is old and cranky and should retire. People needing MRIs are usually in pain and her surliness does not help.
On December 6th I had another MRI session at Advanced Diagnostic Group 2015 Ocean dr., Boynton Beach.I would like to recommend this facility to anyone who wants to have a superb and really high professional service. Especially I would advise the claustrophobic patients to go there. Safe and calm feelings. In addition,I were really impressed byDr Brian J. Jung. Remember this name.My very special thanks to him.I am also thankful to Stacy and Wendy. They are very kind and efficient.Anna Ibatoullina, Ph.D.
They wasted my time for 2 hours and still didn't get me done they don't care about your time it's all about the money they want to charge!!!!
This location is now part of the Advanced Diagnostic Group. I am claustrophobic and have no choice but to have a stand-up MRI when using contrast, not without some stress and agitation. I should have paid attention to the first red flag when they called me the day of my test to tell me that my prescription had expired. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, corrected the issue, and scheduled my test again. Today I drove one hour to their location, arrived at 12:30 pm for my 1 pm appointment. As expected I became agitated after an hour with no test. After a few minutes they moved me to another waiting room, with even more uncomfortable chairs, to continue waiting. After 1 and a half hours, I was agitated, tired, and nervous, and I left. They must be used to patients leaving because one person game a brief "sorry" and credited my account for the copayment within minutes. No consideration. No respect for people's health or time.

Any place involved with "Advanced Diagnostic Group," save yourself. Stay away. The only thing advanced in this group is the advanced amount of time that is spent to produce any results. The latency period between my actual MRI and the report being sent to my referring physician was +1 week; dumbfoundingly ridiculous. I needed my results with urgency, but was at the mercy of astonishingly lazy radiologists who apparently do not do their own dictation, but instead send the MRIs to a dictation company to do the dictation... Something that could take 2 minutes to do, becomes a massive bureaucratic process. Too many humans hands in the pot.The silver lining is the lady at the front desk who just started less than 2 months ago, and the lady doing the MRI in the back at night. It is shocking the "care" I have "received" from this business.Wish I could give it 0 stars, Google does not allow that, and as mentioned above, the *only* silver lining saves them.
I have had two MRIs at this imaging center. The first was for my back. It was my first upright open MRI after failing an attempt at a traditional MRI. It was a huge relief and a piece of cake. My second was a brain MRI. Let me just say one word. Valium. Next time I will request my dr prescribe Valium. You are seated. They put a football helmet type device over your head. That wasn’t so bad. After they sit you down the seat slides back and down. The sides then encase you. Not good if you are claustrophobic! So, a word of warning. Having a brain MRI? Get some valium!
They have no idea what insurance they take. They sent me a bill that was paid but if it was not for me I would have paid it twice. Pay attention please. Otherwise excellent MRI.
Absolutely god awful receptionist staff they are blatantly rude and try to tell you what you did and didn't do try to tell you who you have and haven't spoken and our just out right nastyFind a different place there not worth the busniess
As a very apprehensive MRI patient I must share my experience at The Imaging Center. Michelle and Brian were extraordinarily warm and compassionate. They made, what for me is a taxing experience, into a relatively easy procedure. Michelle was so very knowledgeable about placing me in the machine where I would feel the most comfort. She said and did all the right things. I’ll go no where else.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
