STAY AWAY Dr. Berkowitz was fine (we saw him once) but I have worked for MONTHS to get records sent out. Their service Sharecare is TERRIBLE, keeps requesting the records from the wrong place (TWICE!!) and making me start from the beginning. IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The pediatricians are good but the front desk people are TERRIBLE! I tried 3 times for 3 days to make an appointment for my newborn baby and they said they were going to call me back which they never did. I wish I can put 0 stars to this customer service people. Very disappointing. Unfortunately I don't want to come back because of that.

I always have a great experience with Jessica and Melissa. They’re always very helpful with all the questions I have , doctors notes , and rescheduling appointments. The office is very clean when I go. I don’t have to wait a long time in the waiting room. The longest has been 5 min. Jessica is very sweet and patient. She goes above and beyond!!!! I love that office so much because of her and Dr. Mc Gregor!!!! Definitely recommend anyone at the Boynton location!!!!!

I Just Had my first baby and I’m so Glad that I was recommended here. My daughter had a couple of complications after birth and every single one of the doctors here at the boynton beach location helped a scared a first time momma and explained everything in detail for me. From the front desk staff to the medical assistants, everyone here is so incredible ! I cannot thank them enough.

I have been going to pediatric center for 6 and a half years since my daughter was 2. I now have my 8 month old here since he was born. We love all of the drs here and the staff. You will always feel informed, cared for and welcomed every time you are in the office . Maria is always so accommodating the best she can be! I would recommend this office a million times over to any and every one!

I'm coming from the Belle Glade office move here to West Palm Beach a few months back I live the fact my kids can still see the same doctor that they are use to love the staff very nice they also know my kids by name and try there best to get me in the same day if needed when my boys are sick so glad I love this office and the Belle Glade one as well my kids have been going to the Belle Glade office for years and now love this office staff as well plus my kids keep there same doctor that they know love that
