No waiting appointement was on time

I traveled from out of country to come to a new patient appointment (skin cancer screening) Paying out of pocket. The navigation system in the rental car took me to another location for advanced dermatology, I then put in the physical address which took me a block north of the location. I then used my phone….expensive data for me. I was with my young daughter and we arrived exactly 10 minutes late (as it was 11 min past my appointment time after I got back into the car) I was turned away. I was in tears. I am beyond disappointed in this. I will not use this particular doctor for any reason now…..not that I ever even met him! This is also the first review that I have ever left about anyone ever as I have never been so shocked by something like this EVER

Dr. Nielsen was thorough and had a great, professional bedside manner. He gave me a full body skin cancer screening and froze a spot on my face. It was very easy & efficient; in and out. The office was professionally run, neat & welcoming. I received text & email reminders about my appointment. I had a great experience.

I didn’t have to wait at my appointment and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Dr. Nielsen was efficient and thorough and I was very comfortable during my exam. I recommend his practice to everyone!
