Parnes is very knowledgeable and to the point! I’ve used him for years, my brother & mother has had successful surgeries with him!

Figured out my problem when 3 other ENT's couldn't. Very impressed.

Dr. Parnes himself- competent, compassionate, patient-centric physician that I could not recommend highly enough. His staff- condescending, unhelpful, know-it-all, disingenuous collection of women that only care about revenue. Make no mistake, it is office policy to prioritize revenue over patient care. Be prepared to not be treated like a patient in need of care, you are only there to enrich this business. You’re barely a human being to them. If you are comfortable with that type of treatment, this is the staff for you. As it turns out, their thirst for revenue cost them a $10K+ procedure on me, and added another scathing review to the collection of awful reviews the staff has already gotten. But probably no big deal, they were working against me so hard to get my appointment canceled that they must have had a bigger fish on the hook to fill my surgery slot I waited over 2 months for. Pro tip ladies- treating your patients with care and prioritizing their needs leads to far more revenue in the long run. If that runs counter to your nature, find a job where humans aren’t forced to suffer from your greed-driven approach to healthcare.

An excellent doctor, very friendly and professional. Felt very comfortable under his care. Office was very clean and staff friendly and professional. Highly recommend Dr Parnes.

This Doctor was So Greedy for the Insurance Money, that he did my Biopsy procedure without using an Ultrasound machine which nearly cost me my life !! My Procedure was a biopsy and the results came back negative because he Did Not find the right spot because he did Not use the Ultrasound machine which was required. Luckily, I had a second opinion and had another biopsy done at a hospital, which used the Ultrasound machine and my results came back POSITIVE FOR CANCER !!!!!!! If you value your life, stay far away from this guy because he needs more experience and needs to go back to school. He risked My Life, because of his negligence, he was GREEDY FOR THE INSURANCE MONEY. By me getting a second opinion, and they told me an Ultrasound machine was required for my biopsy, and this young doctor DID NOT USE ONE. HE DID MY PROCEDURE IN HIS OFFICE AND RISKED MY LIFE. MY RESULTS CAME BACK FROM THE SECOND PLACE AND i NOW HAVE CANCER. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY GUY

**PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING HERE!!** This is a money hungry practice that charges you the difference between what your insurance pays out to them and what they actually charge for the procedure/appointment. Mind you, their billing is about THREE times (or more) the amount that it should be. Unfortunately they make it like everything is covered, as it should be if they accept that insurance, and this only comes out AFTER the appointment and/or procedure is done. You are then expected to pay the difference from what is billed to your insurance and what your insurance actually pays them. This is double billing and illegal. When I brought this to their attention they had no interest in hearing it and it appears to be the way this practice works, illegally. For instance the procedure normally would cost between $3,000-$7,000 (billed to your insurance if they accept your insurance). However they billed over $18,000 for this procedure, which would be fine if they just accepted whatever the insurance company paid out to them. However that is not the case. The insurance company paid about $2,500, which they accept and then they bill the patient (out of pocket) the remaining $15,500!! Oh and the charge just to have this doctor grace you with his presence for an appointment, over $2,000!! Insurance company’s will obviously not pay even remotely close to that amount for an appointment with a specialist, you are LUCKY if they even pay $100. But this practice doesn’t care because, guess what, they bill YOU the difference between the amount you insurance pays out and the ridiculous amount they charge. And you are left with an out of pocket bill of about $1,900 JUST for seeing this man. I’m not sure how this practice is getting away with this illegal billing BUT I can tell you to stay far FAR away!!

Looks like he's going to the club. He has a slickness about him that turned me off. Staff is nice enough, but I did not like him. At the end of the day, it's the doctor that matters. I also felt that an ENT/Otologist who also does plastic surgery is more into looks than medicine--thus the big gold chain on his neck.
