I love this office so much! The front desk staff are always so friendly and efficient. Noah is always smiling, courteous, and goes above and beyond to make all the patients happy. Robyn is a a Gem. She always treats me with respect and I always feel so much better when I leave. It is obvious this office genuinely cares about their patients. I recommend this facility to any and everyone I know. :)

Amazing office staff! From the time I entered Noah made me feel very welcomed. Julie was great with getting my blood work and Dr. Doctor was fabulous. Definitely recommend!

First visit with Dr. Trudell Doctor was fabulous - & I immediately decided to switch to her & her office as my PCP. She was impressive, kind, patient, & really listened well - I’d definitely recommend her - as I was personally recommended to her.

Sadly this practice has turned into just being about the money and figuring out ways to bill patients. I have called and left messages in regards to my bill @ least 5 times. Still the office manager has not returned my call and apparently no one else can help me. Was a patient along with my family but will not be anymore. Countless mistakes with paperwork for my insurance, did telehealth (3 minute phone call that they were 2 hrs late for and still billed me $30) , and then was billed for my wellness visit with codes that a conversation was had outside of the scope of a wellness visit?? Still waiting for the phone call back with explanation from doctors office but no one calls back. They keep sending bills in the mail though...🤔.

This is a medical practice that bills their lab work follow-call/visit as a complete telemedicine or office visit. They believe it is ethical to charge a 4 min telephone conversation as a full office visit. When I asked why they don’t post lab results to the portal prior to the office visit, I was told so patient don’t go to goggle first. So they make it necessary that you schedule a follow-up visit or you won’t get your results. Then charge you a full office visit. Based on my wellness plan, my out of pocket for this 4 minute telephone call just to have the nurse practitioner go over my lab results was $90 bucks! This is separate from my initial wellness visit. This was an unnecessary cost that did not need to happen. So if anyone has a limited plan like I do, please beware. This was as a first time patient visit. With such office practice, it is my last.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Doctor since before she opened her own practice and I find her to be very caring, supportive and understanding with me. She knows my health problems and is always on top of things when I see her. I trust her 100%!!! Yolanda and Tia are very friendly and pleasant too. My only complaint happened at this mornings visit and I called and spoke with the office manager after my visit. Due to my health issues, I always request and insist to see ONLY Dr. Doctor! That didn’t happen this morning and I wasn’t informed ahead of time and I wasn’t happy. However, the office manager explained the situation and I was ok with it. Thank you Dr. Doctor for ALL you do for me!!!

I’m so pleased with the treatments I received at Trudell Doctor & Associates! I spent most of my younger years in the sun or a sun bed so lots of wrinkles at 52. As a patient, I received Exion RF face and Exion Microneedling treatments with huge success. The treatments have helped to soften my smile lines so much that you can see my dimples again. If you’ve been thinking about trying something less invasive then these treatments with Dr Doctor are it! Huge thanks to Dr Doctor who made all the difference and I couldn’t be happier!!!

Trudell Doctor has an amazing welcoming environment and friendly staff. This was my second time at this office....well at any medical facility in nearly a decade. The times that I did visit, Robyn treated me with care. Like family! I also didn't have an appointment but luckily Robyn was able to squeeze me into her schedule. Thank You!

Dr. Doctor is an excellent care provider, she takes time to really analyze your issues & concerns. She is also very kind. & all her staff are helpful & friendly.

I love the Doctors but the staff in the office is horrible. They do not return my phone calls until two weeks have past even tho the recordings say within 24 hours on two different occasions. I also was billed 64$ for a form that my insurance company requested to override a medication. They billed my insurance co for the cost and of course Ins refused to pay and now I have to pay as billing dept said it goes to my deductible and not true as I have met my deductible. Why would a doctor charge that much to fill out a questionnaire from an insurance co? No one mentioned a cost as I am a new patient and have second thoughts about returning due to the office staff
