The staff is not good. They are terrible on the phone and never follow through with anything. I don’t think Dr. Rodriquez pays attention to their performance. Also dislike when they call me dear. Look on Indeed for a better team.

I went there for 1 visit paid with bank card in full. Was told to go for blood work with I paid the lab before tests. Now I am receiving bill for $1,573.53 from credit collection. Don't let this happen to you.

She is my doctor for 9 years, she is professional, very human,. She is amazing !.

This office is racist and extremely unprofessional. I went in for one thing and the doctor did not address it. Her staff is rude. They’re liars. They hang up the phone and lie and say “we spoke to you and told you”. They claim they’ll call back and never call back. For some reason.. despite having an appointment I always spend over an hour there waiting. While others who come in after me don’t. Horrible two months dealing with people in this office. Such a shame. My issues were never addressed! An update I was told that the Dr. sent in my prior authorization for a prescription. & that it’s my insurance that didn’t cover the drugs. Almost a month later, after speaking to the pharmacist.. the PA was never signed or sent over. This office staff and the doctor do not care about anyone’s wellbeing. & there’s no legal team that will investigate their condescending behaviors. Do not be fooled by the performative response 2-10-23 update I called to request my records and the receptionist thanked me for my review with pure sarcasm in her voice. Then continued to have an attitude with me.

I had an internal doctor for 18 years but he moved to another state. I was devastated; he knew everything. I saw Dr. Rodriguez and discovered she was as precise and knowledgeable as my previous doctor and was thrilled. It's so hard to find a caring, considerate doctor who does not rush you and listens and answers questions. I find her knowledgeable, pleasant and informative. She calls back when needed which is appreciated. Glad to have found her.
