Dr. Golino repaired my mitral valve In 2015 instead of putting a bovine or mechanical heart in and I haven't had any issues at all. Fantastic job and also a wonderful and skilled doctor.

He replaced my aortic valve a year ago and he was great. My doctor up north had waited too long and the surrounding tissue was damaged. He was still able to attach the new valve with some difficulty. I am so grateful that I am doing well now. Thank you.

He replaced my aortic valve with a mechanical one. I recently moved here from MA and my doctor up there wasn't paying attention to my symptoms. Fortunately Dr. Golino did and said my valve needed to go. I am so grateful that he did the surgery. Thank you doctor.

This is one amazing surgeon and medical professional. I would recommend Dr. Golino to anyone who asks how satisfied we were with my husband's heart valve replacement. Dr. Golino is a marvelous doctor and his patient interaction is above reproach. Was not familiar with him only through referral but we couldn't be happier with the results and with his amazing PA's and office staff. Wonderful people who help us remain calm throughout the process. Kudos to Riverview Cardiology team.

After 12 hours of a very risky open heart surgery on my husband to repair a leaking mitral valve, we were told by his cardiologist that it's still leaking. I called their office several times to discuss the matter and no return call from Dr. Golino. He should have known and told us that what he did was done incorrectly. My husband has felt worse since this surgery. If you have a leaking mitral valve, look into the MitraClip and have someone else who specializes do it. We are hoping to have this done.

My husband and I moved to Florida from Missouri. We transferred doctors and our new MD heard a mummer while listening to my husbands heart. She referred us to a cardiologist who had an echo done on my husband. He was very concerned about the results and immediately referred us to Dr. Golino. I credit Dr. Golino for saving my husbands life. During our follow up appointment, Dr. Golino was very caring. He even thanked us for trusting him to preform the open heart surgery that saved my husbands life. Amazing!!

Well 9 months ago my cardiologist gave me the news that my aortic valve was bad. Before i knew it i was in an ambulance heading to Manatee Memorial Hospital from Port Charlotte. I asked him why Manatee in Bradenton mind you this is one of the best cardiolgist in the country who is also a personal friend. He said the Doctor Allesandro Golino he is the best and his team ie awesome they preform these very complicated surgeries like clock work. After meeting Dr Golino i was at Peace and confident that i was in great hands So good luck to you if you are facing this type of procedure you will be ok! Roland Nasrey PuntaGorda
