I received an appointment quickly and was seen promptly after I arrived. The office staff are friendly and experienced. Dr. Z assessed and diagnosed my problem in a competent, experienced way.

I submitted an appointment request online. Someone called me one month later. I made my appointment for a month after that. 2/20/23. A week before (yesterday) the office left a message saying they needed to change my appointment to 2/21/23. I tried calling back 6 times. The phone rings and then goes to busy! REALLY?. I finally got through this morning and she can't get me in on Tuesday, so I said you know if this is how it is going to be when I have surgery, I think I'll find someone else and the woman said ok no problem. It's a shame - I always try to go with female doctors when I can.

Dr. Zdancewicz's prescribed treatment is working to correct the issues i have been having with my feet. since I waited years before seeking treatment,the recovery time will not be an overnight fix. She explains everything so i can understand it and told me to call anytime if there is any issue. Everybody in her office is very pleasant and nice
