I’ve never been treated so expeditiously at a Dr’s office before! I literally never waited more than 2 minutes in any area! And I never felt that the visit was rushed. It was extremely thorough!!! Excellent service!!

I recently had an appointment at Coastal Orthopedics because of shoulder pain and weakness I've been experiencing. I was very impressed with my entire visit. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted at the front desk where they confirmed my appointment and obtained the necessary health insurance cards. Shortly thereafter, I was escorted into the patient room where the nurse obtained additional medical information (current prescriptions, specific problem area, etc.) Dr Kumar arrived soon and had me go through a series of range of motion in an effort to better isolate the problem area after which he provided his thoughts and next steps. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. Again, I was very impressed with the visit.

i love coastal the only improvement would be to read back or clarify and confirm back to the patient which location the appointment is being made for

Very pleased with the service I received. Dr. Kumar and his staff treated my elbow problem professionally and at the same time, explaining what they were doing. My elbow is 'on the mend' and I am quite pleased with the service I received.

This was my second visit to Coastal Orthopedics with Dr. Kumar. I found the staff to be extremely professional. My appointment unlike many medical services happened in a very timely fashion. I appreciated Dr. Kumars professional demeanor. I will certainly return for additional orthopedic needs.
